"Who wants to go first?" Max asks, looking at the two clueless girls in front of us.
"I don't really give a shit," I respond truthfully. Lacey raises her eyebrows at my words. She is wearing a golden dress which fits her curves perfectly. Georgi isn't affected of my words at all as she can't even get her eyes of Max for a second. Typical hormonal teenager.
"Should we go with the 'eyes' rule?" Max suggests and grins.
"What's that?" Lacey, the gorgeous redhead, wonders. She seems so innocent but hot at the same time. Weird.
"You look the opponent in the eyes as you throw the ball. The team who scores more on one round gets to start the game," Max explains to the girls.
"You just want to stare at Georgi," I tease him. He gives me a murderous glare.
"Like you don't wanna stare at Lacey. Don't you remember that you were drooling over her the other day," Max comes with a good comeback.
"Shut up," I say, meaning it. I turn to look at the girls reaction. Lacey has a shocked expression written on her face and Gerogi just holds her hands on her stomach, laughing.
"What do we get if we win?" Georgi asks. I didn't even think of a price, we don't usually play with one. But why not?
"How about 100 bucks?" Max suggest, looking at each of us. I shrug in response.
"Sure," Georgi says. Lacey seems unsure and whispers something in Georgi's ear. "Don't worry about it." I hear Georgi whisper back.
"Can we start or what?" I say, bored at this whole party. I knew from the beginning that it would be lame but I didn't have any shit to do at home either, other than to hang out with my nerd of a brother, which wasn't exactly an option.
"Okay, Georgi and I can go first," Max states overly excited. What is it that he sees in this girl? Sure, she is attractive and all, but still.
Max pushes me out of the way so that he has a good angle. Then he lifts his head to look at Georgi. A smile plays on his lips when he meets her blue eyes. Georgi dips the ping pong ball in the water cup and adjust her standing position. She narrows her eyes as she watches Max, whom's smile lights up even more. Georgi finally throws the ball but without any success.
"Good try but not good enough," Max laughs and reaches for the ball. He swings his arm keeping his eyes locked on Georgi's. The ball flies and bounces once before hitting one of their cups. Both Max and I scream as little babies. "And that's how you do it."
"Okay my turn," I utter, pushing Max this time. "Move asshole."
"Chill bro," Max replies.
"You first," I nod towards Lacey who seems nervous. She takes a deep breath and picks up the ball. Her eyes meet mine, they are focused. I wait a minute but she doesn't throw the ball. "Too distracted by me?"
"You wish," she says, but I can clearly see her blushing. I smirk at her reaction. She finally tosses the ball but misses.
"Better luck next time," I mock her and she rolls her eyes.
"Okay, we start!" Max exclaims next to me and throws the ball again.
We play for 30 minutes until there is only one cup to go on the other side. I look down on our cups and notice that we still have 5 left. These girls really suck at this game. My insides starts laughing until it's my turn again.
"Watch and learn," I tell them and reach for the white ball, dipping it in the water hopefully one last time. I'm starting to get wasted of all the beers and the vodka I had before playing. Narrowing my eyes, I fling my arm and let go of the ball. Max squeezes my free arm. The ball bounces before landing in the last cup.
"Yee, that's how you do it!" Max jumps and throws his right hand up in the air and then gives me a high five. My eyes are drawn to Lacey who is standing with her arms crossed over her chest.
"Well played," Georgi says and smiles at us. "But the next time we're definitely going to win."

I'm sitting on a black leather couch next to Liam who is nearly passing out. Max disappeared somewhere with Georgi after our epic victory in beer pong.
I look up to the ceiling, considering just going home. I mean, my best buddy is hitting on a girl, my other friend is on a freaking college party having the best time of his life and here I am babysitting a teenager who can't handle a little amount of alcohol. Yeah, best party ever.
Sighing, I stand up to take another drink. I should probably slow down if I don't want to end up like my friend over there. But fuck it. I search for the kitchen where all the juicy stuff is located. This house is enormous, how can you find your way over here? Bet a big family lives here, or then they are just overly rich.
I walk past a group of people playing some drinking game with cards. One of the boys slams down a king of hearts and the rest of them starts laughing and yelling "Chug, chug, chug!".
Looking around, I finally catch sight of the kitchen. My legs feel a little wobbly as I make my way towards the drinks. Stepping into the kitchen, I hear a voice I recognize.
"Omg, I didn't know you would be here!" Rachel screams happily and claps her hands together overly hyped over the fact that I'm at the same party as her.
"You gotta be fucking kidding me," I whisper under my breath, looking around, trying to find the fastest escape route.
"Sorry, I didn't catch that. What did you say?" Rachel asks, leaning closer to me. Has she already forgotten how I turned her down in the hallway?
"I said, you gotta be fucking kidding me!" I raise my voice. A few people turn our way, wondering what's going on. Rachel stands quietly, blinking her eyes and just staring at me. All the color has been swiped off her face.
"Has somebody ever told you that you are overly rude? You know, if you don't want to talk to me just say it. It's not like I don't have a working brain." Is this girl trying to be sassy or something?
"Sure," I mutter and walk past her, not wanting to deal with any more shit from her. My hand grabs the nearest bottle it can find and I start swallowing the alcohol as fast as a two stroke motorcycle swallows gasoline.
