Everyone was currently seated at the dining table, eating peacefully while our parents told us stories about their childhood

I look over at Daniel to see he was on his phone, how rude, i thought

He glanced up and saw me staring at him with a confused face

'what', he mouthed

I shook my head and turned my vision back to dad

After dinner

After i finished washing the dishes, i went upstairs into my room finding Daniel there

"Hey" i say, a little confused on why he was here

"Is there something wrong?" He says with a bit of an attitude

"What do you mean?" I asked, confusion laced in my voice

He rolls his eyes, standing up and walking over to me, standing dangerously close

"Don't give me that look again, i don't want to be here, I didn't choose to come here, and if you have a problem, tell me" He says

"What's wrong with you?"

He scoffed

"What's wrong with me! What's wrong with you!"

"Get out of my room" i say annoyed
"You don't tell me what to do, Emery"

I grab his arm and shove him out of the room

"Stop being so ungrateful, your not in charge here, my dad is, so fix your attitude before i do"

I lock the door and jump on my bed
I thought he was going to be a nice kid, guess not
