We both looked at Dad and Keri

"Mom, what are you doing here?" Anna asked nervously

"I heard you screaming, what is this about Daniel?" She asked confused

Anna turned to me, she looked scared, more than me actually

"Um, it was because of something that happened earlier..." Anna lied

"What happened earlier?" Dad asked

"Daniel and I argued, that's all..." I mumble

"And this ruined Daniel's happiness how? You said he loved you?" Keri asked sitting next to me

"Mom, Emery, and Daniel have been in a secret relationship for the longest, how could you not have noticed?" Tyler said walking in

Anna's eyes widened, and my heart started beating faster

I looked at my dad to see a disappointed look on his face

"I always knew there was something between you both, I just didn't want to believe it" Dad scoffed

"Is this true Emery?" Keri asked with a shocked look

I couldn't answer anyone, but someone answered for me

"Yes mom, it's true" Daniel mumbled

I felt tears start to form in my eyes, and I didn't hesitate to let them fall

"I can't believe this" Keri mumbled

Arms wrapped around me, I had an idea of who it was... Daniel

"Daniel loves her mom," Anna tells her

"Yeah... I've noticed" She mumbles
"I won't allow it" I heard dad say

"Honey, listen to me... The kid is in love, this is the first time I see my baby in love..." I heard Keri tell my dad

"I've already made my decision, I want both of them out of my life"

That hurt...

Daniel tightened his arms around me

"You can't do that to your daughter," Keri said

"Watch me"

And that's when Keri said something that 100% shocked everyone

"You know what, I want to get divorced"

I looked up at her in complete shock

"I won't let you destroy their happiness," She said and walked out of the room

Anna looked at me, there was a small smile on her face

Then, I looked at Daniel to see him looking back at me

"Well... I'll ask again... Do you love me?" He mumbled, hope in his eyes

I nodded and that put a big smile on his face, which made me smile

"And as for you, thank you" Daniel turned to Tyler

He scoffed and walked out of the room

"I'm tired, I'm gonna get some sleep," I tell them

"Alright, talk to you later Em," Anna said and left the room

I turned to Daniel

"Are you gonna stay?" I asked him
He nods

We get in bed together and he's quick to pull me into his arms
