I looked up at Jonah shocked, he heard me

Daniel turned to Jonah, but he didn't know what to say

"Go ahead, repeat what you said Emery" Jonah said walking in and shutting the door

"You and Daniel are in love? You guys kissed before?" He asked

I was still speechless, what the hell was I supposed to say now?

"Em... Was this happening when you and Jonah... Were a thing?" Daniel asked turning to me

They both waited patiently for my answer, but I just couldn't speak

"Is it that hard to answer a simple question?" Jonah asked

I bit my lip and looked down, I really fucked up

"I'm guessing that's a yes" Daniel said
I nod, feeling extremely guilty

I heard Jonah scoff

"Wow... You really fooled me" He mumbles and walks out

I felt like crying, but I couldn't, even if I tried my best

"I'm sorry," I tell Daniel

"No, don't apologize," He said pulling me into a hug

"I didn't mean for any of this to happen" I mumbled

"Shh, it's okay," He said tightening his arms around me

I laid in his arms for the next hour, just thankful that he was there to comfort me

"Emery?" I heard Anna say as she came in

I wasn't in the mood to talk to anyone, so I kept quiet

"What's up with her?" Anna asked Daniel

"She's really sad, she hasn't spoken to me either," He tells her

"Oh... I just came here because Jonah left something for her"

I looked over at Anna to see she had a Card

She hands it to me and I sighed, I hope its something good

I pull away from Daniel's arms and open the card

Emery, I won't lie, what you said hurt me deeply because I am in love with you, I won't deny it, I can't deny it, but I've messed up too, I slept with someone when we weren't talking, so I'm sorry for that, very sorry, and I know your sorry for what you did too, I guess this is the end for us? I don't want it to be but we've both did something wrong, I don't know if you want to be with me, or him, but I just want you to be happy, as happy as possible. I'm not sure if you want to see me again, but if you don't, this is my goodbye letter, so I wanna let you know that I love you, and I always will, no matter if I have a girlfriend, get married, have a family, you'll always be #1 on my list, my number will always be the same if you need to reach me, I just want you to promise me one thing, Don't forget me, don't forget us, what we had, and I'll do the same, I'll keep our love safe, for a lifetime. A tear fell down my face from all this pain that I felt

I grabbed my phone and texted Jonah

I felt like bursting in tears, but I kept it in

"If you need to cry go ahead, I'm right here for you," Daniel said

That's all I needed to let the tears flow, Daniel and Anna quickly went to hug me
