Was I mad? Not exactly, but I couldn't stand the fact that she didn't want to tell me in the first place
Anna came into my room and sat next to me
"So... How did the conversation go?" She asked
"She hung up," I tell her
"What? Why?"
"I don't know Anna, she doesn't feel like talking about it" I sighed
"She's probably just sad" She tried to reassure me
"She didn't sound like it"
Anna's POV
He looked mad, but I knew he was just sad
Emery couldn't have been that harsh to him, right?
"You wanna go drive around?" I ask him
Maybe that would get his mind off of it
"Sure," He said standing up and walking out of his room, I followed closely behind
We walk down and out of the house
"Where would you like to go?" I asked him, getting into the driver's seat
"Anywhere honestly..."
I sighed and pulled out of the garage
Time skip
We had made it to a beach, and currently, we sat on the sand, staring at the ocean
"Do you think she will still want to keep it as 'siblings' when she comes back?" Daniel asked sadly
"Daniel... You know she loves you, she'll get over it pretty soon and come back to you"
"But what if she doesn't? You heard her Anna, she wants us to stay as siblings... Nothing more"
It went silent, I didn't know what to say
"Daniel... When you couldn't remember, she had called me in the middle of the night... Crying, saying that she missed you... I don't think she would want to keep it as 'just siblings'..." I sighed
He turned to me with sad eyes
"And what about Jonah?"
I bit my lip and shrugged
"I'm not gonna deny it, I do think she loves him, but she loves you so much more Daniel, Jonah is a big part of her life, your gonna have to accept that, but she loves you more..."
"Yeah... I hope" he mumbles
