I got home and hour ago and Emery wasn't here yet

"Where'd she go?" I said pulling on my hair

Was I too harsh on her?

I stand up and step out on the balcony

It was already dark outside, every second that passed by I felt the urge to have her in my arms and kiss her

Then the door opened
I turned to see Emery

She looked happy, well until she saw me

"Where were you?" I asked her
"I was with a friend," She said without looking at me

I bit my lip and turned back around, feeling tears at the brim of my eyes

Emery's POV

I grabbed my towel and some clothes and was going to head to the bathroom when I heard a sob

Was Daniel crying?

I turn to him and saw him cover his face

I set my things down and walked closer

Another sob was heard

I walked up to him and wrapped my arms around him

"What's wrong?" I asked

He didn't answer, just kept on silently crying

I slid in between his arms and hugged him tightly

His arms wrapped around me and he laid his head on my shoulder

"Why are you crying?" I asked, pulling away a bit to look at him

I wiped his tears
"I'm sorry" He sobbed

He laid his head back down on my shoulder

"Why are you apologizing?" I asked, running my hand through his hair

"For ignoring you... And telling you to go with Jonah, I just wanted to see who you would choose without me bothering..." He mumbles

He did all that because he wanted to see who I chose...

"I choose you" I blurted out
