Okay so this is REALLY short but I love steves PSAs so just read lol

Steve POV

I was sitting on the balcony of Tony's tower, Bucky was with me, because he felt bad for me. "So why'd you do it?" he asked me, "I didn't do anything wrong! Tony's just being a bitch-" another voice cut me off, "Language!" I rolled my eyes and looked up, "they told you to Peter?" "Uh yeah. So what did you do?" "He used Starks coffee pot," "I didn't do anything wrong!" Peter just started laughing, "Whats so funny Pete?" He looked at me then to Bucky, before clearing his throat and replying with, "So you got detention, you screwed up, you know what you did wrong, but the question is how are you going to make things right? Maybe you were trying to be cool bu take it from a guy whose been frozen for 65 years the only way to really be cool is to follow the rules-" "STOP!" Peter and Bucky were cry laughing together before I yelled, "Why do they still show those damn PSAs!" then stomped off.
