Peter's POV
Natasha and Clint were shooed out of the room by Tony, but soon Natasha was invited back in by Pepper. The two lady's looked to Tony, waiting for him to start speaking. 'Okay, I'm about to be told that I am being sent to home they found for me...' I thought repetitively, until Tony did start talking, "okay Peter, Westcott is being sent to prison at this instant, but I'm afraid the officers don't want to put you back with your aunt." "Which means foster care," I cut in, "Well there is another option..." "what do you mean? I don't have anymore family." "We could take you in."

One year later...
3rd person POV
"Hey Mr. Stark," Peter said, walking into the lab, "Hey kid how was school?" "Pretty good, whatcha working on?" "Uh just a new model for the spidey suit, wanna help?" "Yeah!"

A few hours later, Natasha came down stairs to get the two for dinner. "Hey guys, dinners ready." "Um a few minutes?" Peter asked, "Bucky cooked."

That statement alone was enough to get Peter and Tony upstairs. After dinner the group decided to watch a movie, "whose turn is it to pick?" Steve asked. "Um," Steve paused while pick up our calendar, "Wanda's"

"Wanda just pick already." Clint said sarcasticly, "fine, fine, uh Back To The Future" Tony and Bruce physically rolled their eyes, "that movie doesn't understand how time travel would work at all," banner said.

The movie ended, and most of the team had gone to bed. Except for the ones asleep on the couch, Tony, Natasha, and of course Peter.
