Tony's POV
Spider-Man has been living at the tower for a while, he leaves in the morning and comes back at night. I would say it patrol but the team knows nothing about the guy, for all we know he could be a teenager. The only thing I know is he is extremely polite. Spidey has agreed to stay with us and we can count him as ally, in exchange for privacy. We don't even know his name. He doesn't talk much, but Fury has me on a mission to find out some more information about him.
Peter POV
I woke up to FRIDAY speaking to me. "Tony wants to see you in his personal lab," "uh okay... thanks Friday," I said pulling on my suit and mask and unlocking my bedroom door. I walked down to the elevator, and rode it to Mr. Starks level, during the entire elevator ride I was geeking out in my head, 'I get to see his lab!' But I tried to stay calm. I finally heard the elevator ding, and stepped out of it. Mr. Stark was waiting for me in the lab, so I just walked in. "Hey Mr. Stark," I said with a small wave, getting his attention. "Oh hey underoos, I need you to help me with something." "Okay...." he motioned me towards a machine, "oh hold on kid, in order for you to use this, you have to give a retinal scan," "Well... Okay," I replied and clicked my eye piece, which popped open and I gave my retinal scan. The machine dinged and two doors clicked open, causing a whole desk-thing pop out. "What the fu-reak" "Okay kid this is what it like to call SSC which stands for-" "secret suit creator?" I interrupted. "Yeah... how'd you know that?" "Lucky guess" I shrugged, we talked about the machine more, and he kept asking me easy science questions for no reason, "so you learned all this stuff at school?" "No I learned most of it through research," "research for what..." he asked. "Oh well there was nothing to do other than read at the camp," I replied. "Camp?" He asked, "oh well it's more commonly known as HYDR- oh sorry I just realized who I was talking to" shit. shit. shit. "Kid did you get your powers from HYDRA," he looked me dead in the eye, with the saddest look on his face. I knew I couldn't lie to Mr. Stark, "yeah..." " how did you get there?" "My parents and I were all in a plane crash, I was the only survivor, they-y took me and experimented on me, until they made me to strong so I escaped," I said in one breath, trying not to break down. "Kid- I-" he walked closer to me and we hugged. Before I finally gave in and removed my mask. "My name is Peter Parker." I said with a small smile. I had a person to talk to now...

Tony's POV
Peter is turning 17 today, and the team and I have something big to tell him.
Peters POV
I was sitting the couch with Tony and Nat, after I finished opening my gifts, when Tony finally said, "oh yeah kid one more thing," he paused, bUiLdInG sUsPeNsE, "pep and I are adopting a kid!" He smiled. I wanted to be happy but I couldn't, so I faked it, "oh, cool!" I said. When he smacked some papers on the coffee table and said, "it's you, sign here."
