It was difficult on me to end 'The Trap'. I've had this planned out for a while now. I usually plan out my chapters, but I had thoroughly planned out the last six chapters. I just wanted to include all of my ideas and not forget anything. It's been the best thing I've ever written and I never thought it would be this popular. I thought it would get maybe a thousand views, but I never expected to get over sixteen thousand views! So thank you all so much! I'm still blown away by the number!
I knew it was time to end 'The Trap', but I didn't want to leave the characters just yet. As weird as it is, they all became my friends because I spend so much time with them. Then one day, I thought about writing a 1/1, but the more I thought of it, the sequel was born. The characters are all the same, but it follows the older four as they're adulting.
I think the story was born out of my curiosity about celebrities kids and their quest for fame and or trying to have a normal life as best as they possibly can. So the sequel is written in first person form and is titled 'My Own Fame'. It'll be forty chapters long; ten chapters for each character. Each story will end at the same point, um you'll see. And the third and final installment will pick up at that point, but will be written in the same style that 'The Trap' was written in. I'm not sure what the title of that one will be, but I'll let you know when I do.
Anyway, as you know, writing is my passion and my favorite hobby! I've spent months working on the sequel and making sure that it'll make sense. I hope you'll enjoy it too!
