Elle's POV

Saturday 15th September 2018

"Do what? I went to the bathroom," I stressed.

"You didn't tell anyone you were leaving, Delilah is worried sick trying to find you!" His voice was angry and loud, I looked at the floor with tears pricked in my eyes again. I knew he didn't care and was just doing it for Delilah, but I felt so bad for worrying her.

"Sorry, I'm just being stupid," I said, throwing my tear soaked tissue in the bin. "I want to go back to the dorms."

He shrugged. "If you want to go home then wait and I'll take you."

I shook my head. "I'm not getting in a car with you, I'm going to find Delilah," I said and pushed past him, rushing out of the bathrooms. I didn't look back as I walked down the stairs and started searching for Delilah, when I found her she was searching the back yard and asking random party-goers if they'd seen me.

"Elle!" She cheered with relief when she saw me. "I thought you'd been killed or something, don't do that," she wrapped her arms around me. "I'm responsible for you now, y'know," she winked and I giggled.

"I'm sorry, I just needed to get away from... It doesn't matter," I shrugged it off.

"You're mysterious," she drunkly giggled and I gave out a surprised laugh. "Do you want to get a drink?"

"I was actually going to find a way home," I told her and she whined loudly.

"No you can't! Just stay for another hour and then I'll get Ace to drive us both back to the dorm," she begged and I gave in.

"Will you stay with me?" I asked her, almost begging, I didn't want to be left alone like I was before.

"Course babe," she nodded and I smiled.

"Okay, one more hour," I said and accepted when she led me inside and started making me a drink.

She handed me a drink. "I think you'll prefer this, it's a tequila sunrise," she told me and I took it from her, I took a sip and let the shocked expression take over my face. It was really good!

"It doesn't even taste like alcohol," I hummed and greedily tipped back the drink, happily licking my lips once the cup was empty. "Thanks!"

"I guess I'll make you another," she laughed and made a bigger one that time, warning me to take it slowly as there was actually quite a bit of tequila in each one. "I think we should dance," she said and before I could protest she was leading me out of the kitchen and into the main entrance which was were most people were dancing. The music was extremely loud, so loud that the ornaments were shaking and I could feel the vibrations going through my feet.

Delilah spun me around and we began swaying our hips to the music, singing obnoxiously to the lyrics. "Shawty got those apple bottom jeans, boots with the fur, got the whole club looking at her!" We both hollered along with the rest of the crowd, I was happily drinking the beverage that Delilah had made me.

Maya joined us soon enough with James, who's clothes and hair looked rather dishevelled as if he'd had a great time with that girl he had met upstairs, and we danced together whilst shouting the words to the song. I was a few drinks in at this point, so the room started looking rather blurry and I was feeling very dizzy but it was the most elating feeling.

The others were dancing very provocatively but I decided against it, not fancying that whilst being with Carson. I just stood with the group and drank myself into oblivion whilst dancing to the songs that kind of just blurred together at that point.

"Oh my God," Maya laughed through her slurs, pointing up at a table and I looked around to see Delilah had pushed herself up onto a table and was swaying her hips with her arms in the air with everyone watching her as she did so.

I began giggling watching her, she looked so carefree with her hands in her hair and then up in the air, her hips swaying and circling to the music that was playing. "C'mere Elle," Delilah screamed, holding her hand out for me.

I tripped slightly walking over to her, but grabbed her hand and let her pull me onto the table with her. I looked down and saw lots of people dancing along to the music with us, but there were guys and girls watching us and so I decided to begin dancing like Delilah was.

She moved me in front of her and we both were in hysterics, singing along to the obnoxious pop song that blasted through the speakers as we danced together. Some might have perceived what we were doing as grinding, but it was a lot messier than that and had us both rolling in laughter.

"Fucking hell, get down you two!" An authoritative voice beckoned us and I looked down to see Ace glaring at us with hard eyes.

"Oh piss off party pooper," Delilah slurred at him, putting her middle finger up at him.

"Kit, help me," Ace said and reached his arms up to me. I stuck my tongue out at him and shook my head, crossing my arms in front of my chest to say no.

Ace rolled his eyes. "C'mon Elena, please," he said in a strict tone and I shook my head once again, but it didn't matter because he simply reached up and grabbed me, pulling me down so I fell into his arms.

I tried to wriggle out of his grip but he very easily threw me over his shoulder and then waited for Kit to wrestle Delilah from the table too, and then both guys walked to the exit with us on their shoulders. "Ace can see your butt, Elle," Delilah slurred at me and I laughed, my head falling down onto Ace's back as I giggled.

"I'm not looking at her ass, Lil," Ace said in a monotonous tone.

Delilah mocked him in a high pitched voice and then said "you're not gay, you know that bitch has a cracking ass." Which had me giggling again.

We got to Ace's car and he opened up the front passengers seat, but as soon as he put me down to get me in the front, a sudden urge came over me and I began sprinting down the pavement, not even towards the party whilst in hysterics. "Run, girl, run!" Delilah egged me on.

"No, stop! Elle!" Ace screamed and I heard the hammer of his feet on the sidewalk as he chased me, and I ultimately only got so far before he grabbed me and carried me back to the car whilst muttering things under his breath. He had learned from his mistakes this time and immediately strapped me into the car, locking the door after he shut it so I couldn't get out.

Kit was swearing and grunting as he forced Delilah into the car, but she finally just laid down on the back seat and refused to sit up so he strapped her in lying down. "Good luck mate," Kit said to Ace, patting the car before he made a break for it and headed back to the party.

Ace looked between the both of us and groaned. "What am I going to do with you?"
