REVIEW:

You want to know why there's no women in the world? Well, look no further than The Last Woman on Earth, set in Russia, 1990s🇷🇺🇷🇺🇷🇺! Wow, that's around the time the Soviets fell. Anyways, I'm digressing from the point. Turns out assexual soldiers are being produced in Russia, so let's join our protagonist and find out why. Featuring a choose-your-adventure theme, there are multiple timelines to suit your tastes as well 😊

PROS:

-Completed story, so no worry about it being left "in hiatus" for eternity.

-Won an ensemble of awards and rankings, according to book description.

-Keen language use and flawless grammar.

-Dialogue that envelops you and vividly portrays the scene.

-Professional book cover.

-Each chapter title is intriguing.

-Great hooker intros for most chapters.

-Everything has a meaning - why some words are capitalized, why some words are italicized, it all adds great meaning to the scene.

CONS:

-Alternate timelines are intertwined in the book, making it a bit hard to understand.

-Book summary is very descriptive and intriguing, but a tad too long.

-Plot seems far-fetched in beginning, but makes sense if you read further.

-Occasional bolded lines highlighted important parts, but reminded me of how some school textbooks bold important phrases and words ..... not sure if that association is good.

Parental Disclaimer:

-Heavy use of gore, violence, and swearing words.
