You had been looking at Alexander with a sad expression, he had recently woken up and as Jenny said, he had forgotten a lot about his past.

He couldn't remember almost all of his classmates, including Harry and Neville, he barely remembered you and his father even less. You had explained everything many times to him and tried to make him understand how complicated your family life was. Dumbledore advised you to act as you had forgotten a few things yourself and had been told the story by a third person as well, he believed that would help Alexander too, knowing that his condition was partially shared by someone so close to him.

And among all that, you had made the decision to keep the baby in your womb, not to please Tom but to grant an old wish of Alexander's, his wish to be a big brother. And more importantly, ever since Alexander came into your life, you had made the decision that you'd keep any baby and give them all the love and care you had given to your son, because every child deserved a chance to live and be happy.

You shook your head, escaping that train of thoughts to focus back to your son, he needed all the care in the world right now, he was your top priority.

"You said he died, right mother?" He asked and you nodded, his eyes looking at the sky. Today he had attended his classes and had been introduced again to all of his friends.

"Yes."

"I don't understand, I don't remember him but... I really feel like a monster really did create me."

"He... I..."

"Not you, mother. Just because I don't remember doesn't mean I can't tell who's lying to me."

"Alexander..."

"Mother, tell me the story again."

"Alexander, haven't you heard it enough already?"

"I have...mother, there are news... that boy... Harry Potter claims he's back."

"I know... and I am sure that he is indeed back. Tom has returned."

"Voldemort has returned." He agreed darkly and looked backwards, he was looking at Cleo, she was currently staring at an injured raven you had found and was taking care of, if she thought of it as a snack was a mystery but she hadn't attempted to eat it.

"Alexander..."

"I wish I had gone to Ravenclaw or Gryffindor...even Hufflepuff would be fine...anything but Slytherin!!!" He exclaimed and you sighed. When you told him that his father had also been a Slytherin he immediately asked you if he could switch dorms... it was clear that his hatred didn't disappear despite him not remembering anything.

"Come, I'll repeat the story as you wish." You sighed and went towards a small living room also used to talk to parents and at times a few special guests.

Meanwhile Voldemort was about to murder ever single witch and wizard in the area, because someone said his name he had been able to track them down, no one wanted to be around him when he realized it was Alexander and that he was in Hogwarts of all places. To top it all up, the second he learnt that a werewolf had the audacity to attack you and Alexander, it sent him into a fit of rage, demanding to see the cursed mutt and executing him after letting Bellatrix torture him for a total of seven hours.

"To think that such a lowlife injured our young master." Bellatrix hissed with disgust as she gazed at the corpse of the werewolf.

"He did it to protect his mother, my son is brave and strong... but that doesn't change the fact that he has disobeyed and opposed me."

"You already said that they would be chained to their rooms, my lord. Have you come up with a different punishment?"

"It doesn't concern you Bellatrix." He stated firmly and Bellatrix bowed down to him.

"Forgive me, master."

"Bring me Lucius, I have a special task for him." Voldemort replied and Bellatrix left at once.

Voldemort was slowly entering a very sinister train of thoughts. He knew that your little sister was pregnant and he knew where she was hiding, even better he knew she was with Sirius Black... it would be a pity if all of the Death Eaters were to launch a surprise attack on those two, especially at a time like this. Even if he couldn't take Sirius, your sister would be enough to bring you back to him willingly, otherwise a double execution would take place sooner than you could blink.

He didn't like the idea of going so far but... you had been far too stubborn and because of that stubborness you nearly lost your life. He was now certain that the safest place for you to be was by his side, he was the most powerfull wizard of all times, he could destroy anything that posed a threat to you and your children. Why was it so hard for you to see it? Why was it that you always chose the dangerous path when the path leading to him offered so much happiness and pleasure?

"My lord, you asked to see me?" Lucius asked and Voldemort glanced back at him.

"I did."

"How may I be of service, my lord?"

"You are going to be my messenger, for now." Voldemort revealed and Lucius seemed surprised.

"What do you mean my lord?"

"You are going to deliver a message, to my beloved (Name) and my son. It's about time I take back what is rightfully mine." He muttered as a sinister smile appeared on his face.

~HALF A WEEK LATER~

You had been terrified to even go out of your office. Voldemort had sent Lucius to inform you of his plan... your sister and Sirius had left Hogwarts and no matter how many times you sent letters, you never got a reply. As for Alexander his memories were almost restored, very small pieces missing but Jenny assured you that within this week, he would recover completely.

"THAT GOD DAMNED MONSTER!!!" Alexander shouted, he was furious... hell radiated from him. And who could blame him?

"Alexander, I have to go back... I can't risk their lives... All three of them are innocent." You insisted and your son turned to you.

"You mean "we" have to go back. There's no way I am letting you go back in there alone, mom." He argued and you sighed, you rubbed your belly and looked at the floor.

"I just wish we could go away... far away where he wouldn't be able to reach us." You sighed and Alexander closed his eyes.

"Maybe it's aunt Kathrine and Sirius that need to go away... and I mean in the human realm."

"What?"

"If we can safely sent them to a different country we can be sure that my monster of a father won't target them again."

"You're forgetting the Malfoys." You objected and Alexander groaned.

"Draco and miss Narcissa won't interefere and if Lucius keeps a low profile then he should be fine."

"Then what are we waiting for? Let's do it!" A third voice joined in and you were more than happy to see this person.

" Oh my god! Remus!!!"
