"You look stunning!" Adeline grinned widely as Daphne complimented her, "you're going to outshine everyone!"

The green dress her mother had picked out for her was breathtaking, it emphasised all the right places, the slit making her pasty legs look appetising. Ruby red lipstick painted her lips, bringing a new sense of colour to her pale skin. Her blue eyes were coated with a lengthy amount of mascara, making the ocean pop.

Adeline did not forget to wear the ring Draco had gifted her, pairing it nicely with a pair of matching earrings and an emerald necklace. The shimmering shoes Daphne gifted her worked wonders, bringing the girls measly 5'2 height to a more appropriate 5'6, still inches shorter than most her male friends but not ridiculously shorter like usual.

"Please Daphne," Adeline scoffed and rolled her eyes, looking at the beautiful short dress the other witch was wearing, "look at your legs, to die for." Daphne blushed slightly, but made no effort to deny the compliment.

"Well don't we all look sexy." Pansy giggled as she stepped out the bathroom, a short, strapless black dress clinging to her figure.

"Who are you trying to lay tonight?" Adeline giggled as she observed the girls sexy outfit.

"I won't be getting laid by anyone." Pansy joked, "I mean look at you, I won't have any attention with you dressed like that!"

"Malfoy is going to die seeing you in that." Daphne joined Pansy giggling wildly as Adeline widened her eyes, "don't try and act innocent, how could you not notice the way he's been acting towards you."

"We're just friends." Adeline trailed off unsurely, "at least I think we're friends now anyways."

"Bullshit!" Pansy rolled her eyes, wiggling her brows at the girl, "he's got the hots for you."

"Shove off Pansy." Adeline chuckled jokingly insulting her friend and sighing as she sprayed on an expensive perfume, "I guess we should go down then."

"Lead the way birthday girl." Daphne winked, holding the bedroom door open for the Charm to descent down the stairs.

"I'll be down in a minute." Adeline sighed. Her friends nodded, leaving the girl alone.

The girl's blue eyes suddenly flickered to the corner of the room, where a small vase of orchids stood proudly. Instantly, she knew who they were from.

"What game are you playing?" She sighed, tearing her eyes off the flowers and walking down the stairs.

"Draco mate." Blaise kept his eyes on the pacing teen, who was dressed smartly in a black tuxedo, "if you keep walking around in circles I might hex you."

"Leave him be." Theodore sniggered clipping his earring into his tanned skin and running a hand through his auburn locks, "he's nervous, poor boy might pop a boner after seeing Adeline all dolled up."

"I don't understand!" Draco burst, turning to face the boys, Crabbe and Goyle jumping in their place, "I've seen her in a dress hundreds of times, I've seen her in stunning ball gowns, barely there shit, why is this any different!?"

"It's because you lik-"

"Don't say it Blaise." Draco warned the boy dangerously, glaring daggers at him, "don't you dare say it."

"Why do you keep denying it mate?" Crabbe spoke up, "it's pretty obvious."

Draco paled significantly, stressfully running a hand through his neatly parted bleach blonde hair, ruffling it up, "is it really that obvious? Oh no. Do you think she-"
