Adeline sat in her Defence Against the Dark Arts lesson the next day, the previous nights events lingering heavily in her mind. Throughout the entire day she had stares glued on her from the entire school, every single person noticing her bare neck."He's an arsehole." Daphne muttered angrily as Umbridge carried on the lesson, turning a blind eye to the gossiping Slytherins. After all, Adeline had been the one to bring Cho Chang to her.
"I can't believe him." Pansy shook her head in denial, "and he made it seem like you were the one in the wrong?"
"Yep." Adeline scoffed, looking across the room to the new seat Draco had migrated to, his fingers drumming impatiently on the dark wood desk, his other hand toying with the claim ring that still sat on his ring finger. He hadn't taken it off.
"Why has he still got his ring on?" Daphne whispered, following Adeline's eyes, her own landing on the platinum blonde, "Adeline, he looks a mess."
Daphne was right. Draco did look a mess. Adeline wasn't sure weather the boy had even looked in a mirror before he left for classes that morning and she was fairly certain he was wearing odd socks.
"It's because he's still madly in love with you, you moron." Theo hissed from behind the girl's, anger in his voice, "I know what he did was a dick move but you two need to sort it out."
"There's nothing to sort out." Adeline told the boy coldly, "we're done."
"You wanna bet they'll be back together in less than a month." Pansy whispered to Daphne who sniggered and nodded her head.
"5 galleons." The Greengrass girl muttered back.
"Besides," Adeline continued, ignoring her giggling friends, "we've got a quidditch match to win today."
Adeline grinned as she imagined the look on the Gryffindors face as they beat them and won the quidditch cup. Slytherin had already versed Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff before the Christmas holidays, the latter houses loosing embarrassingly to the snakes.
"I've been practicing all week." Theo leered, glaring at the Gryffindors, "although I didn't need to much considering Weasley is their new keeper."
Adeline burst into laughter, causing the entire class to turn around in their seats, glaring at the Slytherins.
"Miss Charm, may I politely ask you to keep your noise level down?" Umbridge hummed, smiling at the teen who nodded back.
"Yes Professor, so sorry." She told Umbridge as her friends snickered to themselves around her. Adeline then turned back to her friends who all wore matching trademark Slytherin smirks.
"Look what we made." Pansy whispered, sliding Adeline a badge in the shape of a crown, "genius work of Graham Montague himself."
"Course it bloody well is." Adeline picked up the badge, scrutinising the simple text
'Weasley is our King.'"We made a song and all." Daphne giggled, sliding over a piece of paper.
Adeline silently laughed to herself as she read the lyrics, giggles threatening to burst from her mouth at the rudeness of it.
"I cannot wait to beat those Gryffindors." Adeline smirked, folding up the piece of paper, tucking it into her robe for safe keeping.

"I see you're wearing my badge." Graham told her, pride in his voice as Adeline walked into the Male changing room, fully dressed in her silver and green quidditch robes, the nimbus Draco gifted her clutched tightly in her gloved hands.
