It's basically MHA Midnight with the ghost of Black Butcher hovering over her.
These are the MHA versions of Odessa, Dusk, and Oreo.

The only reason Dusk and Oreo look smaller is because- uhhh- I dunno I just drew them smaller for some reason-
Odessa's Quirk: Lion. Odessa's Quirk grants her features of a lioness (tail, back paws, claws, ears, fangs, etc), as well as giving her the ability to run as fast as one, with enhanced senses.
Dusk's Quirk: Unknown at the moment. It's unsure if his Quirk manifested as a kid and is the kind of Quirk that isn't visible unless physical or mental damage is done (like Tanya's rapid healing Quirk), but for now he's Quirkless.
Oreo's Quirk: Echolocation. Basically think of a bat. During hide and seek, if Oreo makes an odd call sound, don't move, or else she'll easily see you. She thinks her Quirk is rather useless in a fight so she sticks to medics and helping others.

Character: Midnight Panthra
Universe/AU: 1987-1990 TMNT
Backstory: This Midnight is kinda different. Her backstory was mainly the same, but instead of being abused physically if she screwed up, she was locked in her room and chained to the wall so she'd starve for three days, before being let out of her room. One day, after being let out, she attacked the guard in a fit of rage. She ended up killing him, and Baxter was able to tackle her off him and calm her down before she went on a massacre. The thing was, she literally ate the guard's throat and neck. Ever since that, they put a metal and leather muzzle on her to keep an incident like that from happening again. She was starved at least twice a week, since she had slowly started to become mentally unstable. However, at nighttime, while she was chained and muzzled, Midnight somehow wrenched the muzzle apart and tore it off, splitting it in two and throwing it across the room, before painfully tearing off the metal shackles around her wrist. She escaped out a window, running into the woods. Since she was starved, she chased the first prey she saw; a rabbit. She caught up to it and, as she started to eat at it, enter Harmony Hamilton. Soon after she was adopted by the wolf, Harmony went off and found Baxter, right as John was dragging a hatchet down his chest, making a shallow, bleeding gash. Thankfully it just left a faint scar (as Harmony healed him) and he was adopted soon after.
