Circles and Circles - New AU

YEP I MADE ANOTHER AU BECAUSE I LOVE MAKIN' 'EM-

Only this one is inspired by a League of Legends music vid I saw-

This AU mostly revolves around Xena Lawless, and occasionally her Mystical friends will appear (Dusty, Dana, Lynette, etc-) but It's mainly Xena-
Also this is kind of a mix between a Yokai AU and a Fantasy AU (it keeps the elements of like Disney-fantasy-vibes basically but there's more mystical Yokai animals than normal animals).

So, Xena is something called a Nekomata.

Nekomata: A two-tailed cat of Japanese folklore. (The lore behind it I made up to go according to this AU.) Nekomatas, in this AU, are like Mystic-level powerful creatures, able to hypnotize, levitate, manipulate creatures, and such. However, this makes them an endangered species due to greedy people wanting those powers for themselves.

There's a catch though. Unless you're an experienced witch or cleric, you can't extract a Nekomata's magic without killing them. Those greedy people (usually poachers, kings, or queens) usually killed the Nekomata during their attempt of stealing their magic. Because of this, many of them hide.

Xena, as one of these creatures, knows of the risk of sleeping in the wild. However she never thought it would happen to her, which was a giant mistake.

Someone decided it'd be a great idea to snatch her. She ended up getting thrown into this dungeon-tower (think of a desaturated, more abandoned and dead-looking Rapunzel tower), and chained up.

Obviously she was pissed and tried to escape multiple times, but always failed and got injured each time. She just gave up eventually. Now, the dude that grabbed her was one of those people that wanted her powers. Xena kept hurting him whenever he got within a 5-foot radius of her though-

Another mistake on the Nekomata's part. She was so aggressive towards him that he just gave up and abandoned her, leaving her to die. The worst part? She was left there for about 5 years, and was still chained to the wall all that time. She started getting paranoid and skittish, and eventually forgot what it was like in the forest and fields again. She only survived off the rodents and other unfortunate creatures that wandered into her vicinity.

After those 5 years, Hercules (Galaxy's OC) found her while just checking out the woods, and freed her from the chains. You can imagine how happy Xena was-

So that's all I got on that AU so far, I actually kinda like it-
I need some suggestions for what her friends should be in that AU (Dusty, Dana, Lynette, etc), please help-

Anyway, this art thing is based off the song above, which I thought actually really fit Xena's background in this. If you listened to it, some of the lyrics would match up with specific events in her story.

"Sleeping peacefully, the girl I used to be."
-Xena being asleep in the fields before she was kidnapped.
"Circles, and circles, I go around, looking for something that can't be found."
-Xena being stuck in that tower for years, and losing hope that she'd ever see her old home again. She'd always attempt to escape the chains by herself, but she couldn't.
"Circles and circles, without a sound! My words can't be heard when the fear surrounds my heart..."
-Xena starting to develop paranoia, auditory and visual hallucinations, and others. Sometimes she'd try yelling for help if she heard something but it never worked.

=Bonus prompt/info=

"You haunt me in my dreams. But it's all I want to see...you're the oxygen I need...yet I, can't, breathe.."
-I had an idea that maybe Xena's hallucinations would include a mutant wolf-hybrid (Herc) that promised he'd save her some day. Every day, Xena hopefully waited...and waited, but never heard or saw anybody.

Honestly I could match all the lyrics to the song to different parts of Xena's story in this but I won't because this is already boring enough-
