So these are battle moves that I made up for my MHA-TMNT crossover OCs, and a few villain forms at the end so enjoy.

Diesel Alexis Bourne.
Move 1: Electric Rush. Diesel drops to do this move. She touches the ground and sends a shockwave of electricity through the ground (given there are pipes underneath the electricity is able to reach). This shockwave grows as it reaches the enemy, delivering a nasty shock. Luckily it doesn't drain much from her.
Move 2: Zeus. Diesel creates two lightning/electricity whips from pure energy. These whips are usually up to 20 feet long and rather shocking. She can use these in both medium range and close range combat, able to create an Electric Rush if she hits the ground hard enough with them.
Move 3: Energy Shield. This is similar to a force field, but a shield (like the name states). Unfortunately this energy shield isn't invincible and can be broken, but it can give Diesel a chance to perform an ambush or stealth attack to catch the enemy off-guard.
Move 4: Boxing Gloves. One of her common moves. Diesel makes spheres of electric energy around her hands/fists, which give a nasty shock when she hits.

Midnight Panthra Hamilton.
Move 1: Blur. Her most common move. Midnight zyooms past the enemy at a confusing speed, zipping back and forth and trying to or landing a hit every time she does so.
Move 2: Choker. Midnight will go full-on Flash speed and run in multiple circles around her opponent, eventually suffocating them before stopping her running and attacking. Another common move, but it gives her a lot of aches and pains in her legs.
Move 3: Zig Zag. Usually a stealth ambush move. She'll launch into a crowd/multiple enemies and rapidly zig-zag throughout them, usually hitting or tripping them as she goes.

Nightbird.
Move 1: Tornado. A move she uses extremely often, especially as a last resort. She spreads her wings in mid-air, and starts spinning, picking up speed as she does so. This can create a small tornado to distract or possibly suck in enemies for a brief moment.
Move 2: Slice and Dice. Nightbird will only ever use this if she absolutely has to. She uses the sharp nails on the joint of her wings and lunges, grabbing her opponent in her wings and slashing them up with the nails. This can be a very deadly move as well, as she can easily slice a major artery.
Move 3: Sandstorm. Nightbird uses this in a dusty or sandy arena. She'll go low and rapidly beat her wings, stirring up sand and dust, turning it into a large cloud around her opponent. This is also used as a stealth attack.

Baxter Panthra Hamilton.
Move 1: Dark Grasp. Baxter uses this in long range combat. Basically, he manipulates any shadow around him into clawed arms around his actual arms. When he throws them forward, the claws fly at the opponent at a breakneck speed and grab them. However the shadows can't hold them for long, and they usually disintegrate.
Move 2: Black Storm. Baxter casts a stormcloud of shadow and darkness at the enemy to distract them and attack under the cover of the cloud.
Move 3: Werecat. This is pretty similar to when Tokoyami "merges" with Dark Shadow to make a powerful being(?). Only this time it's his spirit animal; a cat. But more terrifying and powerful. This move grants Baxter the ability to create a dark, giant shadow figure around him in the shape of a huge Werecat. The Werecat copies his movements and delivers hits harder by tenfold, proving to be a very useful move. Along with this, the Werecat can use sharp shadow claws and fangs on his opponent. However this move can easily drain Baxter of general energy, so he doesn't use it much.
