I'm b o r e d-

Disclaimer: Please don't steal any of these original species. If you want to make an OC out of one of them, then please, ASK. And follow the rules. Like, if you make a Mystic OC, you can't make them die to a natural cause, or make them super OP (I'm probably not one to talk since my Xena is the most powerful Mystic, but at least give them some weaknesses like I gave her if you make one similar).

I don't appreciate it when someone makes a character out of an original species that I'm proud of without asking me for permission. The least you can do is ask me first and follow the rules of the species you picked.

(then again nobody looks at this book anymore so nobody's gonna care but still-)

Mystics and Half-Mystics:
(Xena Lawless, Dusk, Odessa, etc).

*Mystics can get injured by natural causes- like how Xena got trapped in the burning warehouse in "A Dying Flame", or how wounded Dusty would get in the dog fights she was entered into. However, it won't kill them, the worst that'll happen is that they get wounded bad enough to go into a coma.

*Half-Mystics, like Odessa and Dusk, usually have much weaker versions of the instant-healing ability, so they would be able to hurt themselves. If done correctly, let's say Dusk would be able to harm/possibly k*ll himself, due to how delayed/slow the healing is. On average, for wounds like gashes, it takes about 5 minutes to fully heal.

*Mystics normally look like they stopped aging at around their early to mid-20s. So, OCs like Xena and Dusty won't be looking any different from their current looks in the future. On rare cases, some Mystics will look like they stopped aging at around 16-18 or younger.

*Every Mystic has powers. Be it weak ones like Dusty's ice field, or godlike ones like Xena's energy manipulation, every pureblood Mystic will have some sort of power. For half-bloods like Dusk, there's a lower chance of them having a power, much less one that's extremely strong. It's honestly all just one big guessing game.

*Depending on the species of animal they are, Mystics usually develop their abilities at a young age (in human years). Like-
-Butterflies: 9-10
-House cats: 2-4
-Owls: 5-10
Etc.

*Mystics CANNOT be any extinct creature, like a Sabertooth or velociraptor. They only exist as animals that live today, like domestic house cats and wolves.

*Mystics have been around since animals have been around, for every sort of animal throughout the years. Dinosaurs, bugs, birds, fish, whatever, there has been a Mystic for each one. Unfortunately all the prehistoric Mystics are dead but it's still cool to know.

*Originally, when I was still making the Mystic species, I made it so that Mystics in human form will have markings on their face in the color of their theme. Xena would have golden, Dusty would have gray and black, Dana would have cream and brown, etc. I decided to take that away because then it'd be too easy to find who's a Mystic and who's not.

*Mystics can starve themselves, but just not to death. Since they're practically immortal unless they're murdered specifically, no natural causes of death could kill them (starvation, drowning, old age, etc).

*Sometimes, Mystics' powers can be strong enough to eat them alive- like Blackrose. However, if the power does succeed in "eating" the Mystic, it only sends them into a comatose state. Like I said- Mystics can't kill themselves, which includes if their power turns against them. Their power can wound them, but it won't kill them.

Furies and Half-Furies:
(Wyetta, Midnight, Delmira, etc...)

*No. It is not supposed to be spelled "furries". It's spelled like "Fury", like the emotion, and the plural is "Furies".
