Cyborg/Apocalypse AU

Yep I'm making a new AU and it's mostly around the Panthras-

As you've probably read in the title, this AU is an apocalyptic universe where the world is in ruins due to...something I haven't come up with yet-
This AU is a place where humanity is nearly extinct, and mutants have been running free all over the world. In New York City, where it all began, a team of advanced scientists and engineers created a fictional race turned real: Cyborgs.

(When I think of Cyborgs, I think of people with like...half their face being robotic for example, so that kind of vibe is what I'm going with in this AU-)

With humans being rare to come across, the scientists captured mutants and animals instead and tried their experiments on them. Their first successful experiment was "Unit #230: Project John" (aka John Panthra). They trained him to basically be their guard, making him kill off hostile mutants that would attempt to get into the lab. After John was successful, they created a whole new group of projects called "Panthra".

After John was Project Wyetta, who served as only a guard and scout for materials needed for the scientists.

Then, Project Demolish and Pyro. Pyro malfunctioned during testing so they tossed him aside as a failed project, so he's currently dormant but not dead. Demolish was successful by a fluke, and was assigned as the other guard beside Wyetta.

Next was Project Delmira and Project Cristoff. These two got attached to each other really quickly, so they were assigned to be scavengers and scouts.

Finally, Project Midnight. It was super hard to get her working properly; she had so many flaws before she was even modified to be a cyborg. Her immune system was trash, she had a weak heart/irregular heartbeat and some kind of infection in her lungs that made her breathing weird. During modification, she died for like 13 minutes, so the engineers and a few of the lab guys had to give her surgery to bring her back. She did, and they ended up fixing most of her physical problems (the weird breathing, got her heartbeat/heart in general back to a healthier state, same with her immune system, etc). Her left eye had to be replaced due to it having some kind of infection going on that would later rot her eye out so they decided to just replace it before she could be faced with that kind of pain.

I have yet to do the other Panthra members' designs, but this is her's, or "Unit #204: Project Midnight"

(The tank top strap thingy on her left shoulder was supposed to be black but it just blended into her other colors so I turned it gray-)

Prosthetic eye: Midnight's artificial eye lets her zoom in on something from around 500 yards away. The face plates around it are where they performed the eye extraction surgery. The only two color modes on her eye are "normal" (blue) and "attack/angry" (flashing red), and they have yet to install new modes due to how much time and work it took to just bring Middy back from the edge of death. However, she can retrieve messages from the lab that will appear only in her eyesight.
