Monsta X find their Ang mate
As they all lined up behind I.M, Jane moved forward without hesitation with her lunch box. She wanted to share with him as she was the most comfortable around him. However, her eyes widened a little as Wonho also stepped forward. She narrowed her eyes at him as he smiled at her with the same look of shock on his face. Why were the boys so shocked she had chosen Changkyun? It was quite obvious that would be who it was from the start.
She shrugged, holding out her lunch box and smirking with pride because she knew there was no way Changkyun wouldn't pick her. Changkyun turned around, shock and happiness taking over his facial features. Jane smiled wider, turning towards Wonho and sticking out her tongue. "I want to share my lunchbox with. . . Wonho hyung!" He said and it was Wonho's turn to stick his tongue out at Jane. She looked at Changkyun bewildered. "You picked him over me?!" She said, not denying that it hurt a little bit even though she knew it was just a game. "Sorry, Jane-ah." He said sheepishly, exchanging lunch boxes with Wonho and the couple happily walked back to their spots.
Jane groaned, turning around in embarrassment when she heard the staff ask whoever wanted to share with her to step forward. She froze, not liking that she couldn't see if anyone was coming. She was pretty sure no one else would. But she turned around, pleasantly surprised to find Minhyuk standing behind her with a large grin. "I'd love to share my lunch with you!" She said, jumping on to his back and shooting Changkyun a dark glare to which he just rolled his eyes.
The others picked and then everyone set off for lunch. Jane and Minhyuk picked a spot in the shade, opening their drinks and food and digging in. "This is better than I thought it would be!" Minhyuk said and Jane looked at him quizzically. "What's that supposed to mean?" He smirked, swallowing the food in his mouth before responding. "I didn't know you could cook. I thought it would taste like a four-year-old made it." Jane kicked his shin under the table and he jumped, glaring at her.
"Maybe I poisoned it just for you." She said deadly serious and Minhyuk paused at bringing the food to his mouth before shrugging and eating it anyways. "Oh well, at least it still tastes good." Jane rolled her eyes but smiled. "Yours isn't so bad either, oppa." She said and he thanked her, feeding her some of the food she had made and her doing the same for him. "Thank you for picking me." She said softly after a few moments. It was a rare moment that they weren't on the camera and Jane wanted to relish in being normal for a few minutes.
Minhyuk smiled, patting her hand as he continued to eat. "Why wouldn't I pick you? We get along so well all the time." He said with a mouthful of food and Jane chuckled. "I don't think the others would agree." Minhyuk shook his head, brown eyes meeting hers and tucking her hair behind her ear with his hand. "We know we do, we just argue a lot because we're so different but that's what makes us close." Jane nodded in agreement, never really having thought of it in that way. "I supposed your right."
They gushed over who they thought would pick who and what the others were talking about before hearing the staff call for them to come back. With full bellies and good moods, all 8 members of Monsta X lined up to play the last game. Of course, Changkyun won again and Jane didn't even care that he had picked Wonho this time. She'd rather go to the roller rink with Shownu, Minhyuk and Kihyun. Which I.M generously granted her the opportunity to do so.
She laughed as Shownu was having a really hard time getting the hang of the skates. "Aren't you supposed to be our main dancer?" She teased and he smiled cheekily. "This is so much different!" Jane laughed as Minhyuk came up and started teaching him while her and Kihyun skated circles around the two. Finally, they had finished everything and it was time to pick their ang mate. Everyone laughed when Changkyun and Wonho picked each other but was very surprised when Minhyuk picked Changkyun. However, Jane ended up choosing Minhyuk and the two plotted their revenge.
"We will destroy you. It is not forever." They said in unison at their closing interview, smirking evilly at the camera.
