One Night Surprise

"Why would you dumped me!" Miu smile like an idiot and now she's talking to herself. She is drunk and she try her way home. She ride the elevator to get in the 10th floor where her apartment located.

The elevator door open and she saw a familiar face standing in the door way.

"Idiot! Are you following me?! It's not funny!"

The man noticed that the girl is drunk but still he can't resist to talk back to her.

"Hey! Miserable Miu you look pathetic! Natanggal ka ba sa trabaho?!"

"No, no, no. You want to guess?" Miu smiling.

"Ang malas ko naman nakita pa talaga kita dito at mukha dito ka rin nakatira." She smile.

"You're totally wasted nakuha mo pang ngumiti."

"Okay, your highness pumasok ka na sa elevator."

When suddenly Miu started sobbing and RJ is taken aback. RJ felt panic.
"Hey? Miu what happened to you?" He panic looking at her.

"It feels like I'm already dead."She mumbled.

"What? May tumama ba sayo?" He thought baka natapakan niya ba ito sa paa or naipit sa door ng elevator.
RJ searched his pocket to get his handkerchief. He offer it to Miu to wipe her tears away but Miu throw the handkerchief to the floor.

"It's useless it can't get away the pain."
RJ gets irritates when Miu throw his handkerchief.

"Miu you are a pain in a butt."
Miu gets an eye contact with RJ.

"Tell me, you jerk am I ugly?"

"What? Are you reject by a guy?" RJ laughing of the thought that his number one enemy get rejected by a guy.
Miu can't help the feeling of being rejected and now she's crying like an idiot.

"Definitely I'm ugly." She cry again.
RJ stop from laughing when he saw Miu being devastated.

"Hey! Miu hindi bagay sayo ang umiyak. Stop crying!"

"I hate you 3000!." Miu walk pass to RJ as if nothings happen.
"Maiwan nakita Jerk." She added.

Nakabalik na si RJ sa apartment niya bitbit ang binili niyang instant noodles sa convenience.
Living in the NY is not luxurious he thought.

Naalala niya bigla si Miu and he thought how unlucky he is because they lived in the same building.

He recall the incident in the elevator.

"Sana naman hindi ko na siya makasalubong ulit!"

RJ is having a dinner when he hears a loud noise in the other unit. The apartment he bought is the cheapest one in NY and it doesn't have a sound proof.

He hears loud thuds and singing that turns like a dying pig.

"Half of my money I spent to bought this apartment para lang maannoyed ako everynight. Aist!"

Everynight palagi na lang may naririnig si RJ na ingay sa kabilang unit. Minsan nga may nababasag pa at kung anu-ano pang ingay.

"This dude annoyed me so much! I swear I'm gonna punch him in the face."

Dahil sa hindi na nakapagtimpi si RJ ay sinugod niya ang katabing unit.
He pressed the doorbell several times.

"Open up!"

Lalong nainis si RJ ng hindi siya pinagbubuksan ng pinto.

"Yahhh! You're not the only one whose living in here! If you don't want to have broken teeth just lower your noise dude!" He shout.

Biglang bumukas ang pinto.
Nakita ni RJ ang mukha ng may-ari ng kabilang unit and she is smiling like a fool.

"Hello, jerk!"

"Miu! Out of all 8 units why would it be you!" He facepalm.

Napansin ni RJ na may bitbit na bote ng wine si Miu.

"Seriously, matulog ka na nga lasing ka na!"

"No,no,no! Do you want to drink?"

"Bahala ka na nga dyan!" Hindi niya pinansin offer ni Miu.

"Hey! Wala kang karapatan na ireject ako!" She stop RJ.

"I don't want to go to your filthy apartment." Masungit na sagot ni RJ.

"Okay, fine!" Lumabas si Miu sa apartment niya at pumasok sa nakabukas na pinto ng apartment ni RJ.

"Miu, you can't just let in! Ano bang ginagawa mo!"

"Oh, you have a cozy couch." She lay in the couch.

"Miu, pwede ba umalis ka na!"

"Ang sungit mo gusto ko lang humiga at uminom." She laughs.

"Baliw ka na talaga! Kapag hindi ka pa umalis tatawag ako ng security!"

A minute later he hears a snores.
Hindi makapaniwala si RJ na nakatulog na sa kalasingan si Miu sa couch niya, sa apartment niya.

She yawns and slowly open her eyes.
Nakaramdam siya ng konting kirot sa ulo. She knows that it is not her apartment. Kaninong unit na naman kaya siya nakatulog. She remember last night wala naman siyang sinamahan na guy sa bar.

"Not so good morning Miu!"

She know that voice at hindi siya nagkakamali na hate na hate niya ang tao nato.

"Bangon na!" Halatang pinagtatabuyan na siya nito.

"How did I end up here!"

"Don't tell me you don't remember?"

She remembered something.
"Shit!"

"Look what you did to my carpet."

Napatingin si Miu sa carpet na may bote ng wine na wala ng laman dahil sa natapon na ito at natuyo na.

"I HATE you so much!" RJ emphasizing the hate word.

"Well, the feelings are mutual." Miu glare to RJ.

"Pwede ba umalis ka na sa couch ko and umalis ka na rin sa apartment ko!"

"Okay fine! Di naman maganda couch mo!"

"Talaga lang ha! Sa susunod na papasok ka pa dito at hihiga sa couch ko hahalikan na kita!"

"Ano? Manyak ka rin noh! Kadiri ka!"

"Alis!" RJ pushes Miu out of the apartment.

"Okay! Hindi mo ko kailangan itulak! and for the record ito ang bagay sa katulad mong bastos!" Miu suddenly kick RJ in the knee.

RJ groaning...

Habang si Miu tumatakbo na pumasok sa apartment niya.
