"Kumusta ang bagong kasal?" Tanong ni Austin.

They are in the bar.

Si Austin at LJ ay matagal ng magkaibigan. Si Austin ay childhood friend nilang dalawa ni DP. Noong mga bata pa lang sila ay vocal na si Austin sa paghanga niya kay DP marahil kung hindi ito nag-aral at namalagi sa States ay marahil liligawan nito si DP. Nagkalayo man sila ni DP ay naging close naman sila ni LJ malayo sa pagiging magkaaway nila dati dahil sa atensiyon na gusto nilang makuha kay Prey noong mga bata pa sila.Naging magkapitbahay kasi sila sa States at dahilan para maging close sila. Si Austin ay isang doctor sa State pero lately pinili nito ang manatili sa Pilipinas para na rin makasama ang girlfriend nito.

"Not good." He take a sip to his whiskey.
"Why? You should be the happiest because you just married your dream girl."
Austin grinned.
"She is not my dream girl." LJ cocked an eyebrow.
"Yes, she is." Austin insisted.
"Alam ko na noong mga bata pa tayo na gusto mo si Prey. That's why you secretly proposed on her you sly fox." Austin added.
"You saw it too? I thought my sister Lara is the only one who witnessed thou."
Austin smiled and nod.
LJ can't deny that Prey has a special space in his heart but he don't know what it means to him.
"Bakit ba kasi parati na lang umiinit ang ulo niya."LJ is reffering to DP.
"Baka wala lang siya sa mood, buntis kasi o baka naman hindi niya gusto ang nakikita niya." Austin answered.
"Ganun ba yun?! Hayst!" LJ sigh.
"Idaan na lang natin sa inuman yan! Cheers to the newlywed!" Tila nang-aasar pa si Austin.
Biglang naalala ni LJ ang fake kiss nila sa simbahan. He is upset.
Naalala niya ang soft thumb ni Prey na dumampi sa lips niya.

(LJ POV:)
"Why I feel so upset about that fake kiss?! Why?!"

Biglang tumunog ang doorbell.
Nang puntahan ni DP to open the door ay nakita niya si Jeffer holding a paper bag on his right hand.

"Alone?" He smile.

"Why are you here?"

"Hindi mo ba ako papasukin?"

"Okay, you can let in."

"Here!" He handed the paper bag he was holding to DP.

"What's this?"
She peek. There a bottles of color red juice.

"It's a beetroots Miu want to give it to you. Gusto niya sana ibigay yan nung kasal mo pero nakalimutan niya dalhin."

"Where's my Miu?" She pout.

"Kababalik lang niya sa New York. You know how busy she was kaya naman ako na ang nagdala on behalf of your Miu your highness." Jeffer added.

"Thank you for these."

"You should team that with carrots for added pregnancy vitamins."

"Yes, po Mr. Jeffer."

"Where's your husband?"

"He is not here."

"What do you mean?"

"Kagabi pa siya umalis at hindi pa nakakauwi." Prey clarify.

(Jeffer's POV)
I felt really sad when I knew that DP is marrying the man he doesn't love for the sake of the baby. She wants to have her baby a father that's why she do that, DP is like a sister to me.
And that jerk ex-boyfriend of DP na gusto lang ipalaglag ang bata ay hindi rin niya deserve si DP. Infact DP is too good for them they don't deserve DP.
That's why Miu and I promise that we will helping DP in times na kailangan niya ng makakasama.

"Kung gusto mo sasamahan na lang kita dito." Masyadong malaki ang bahay sa isang buntis na nag-iisa lang. He thought.

"Okay."
DP was happy na may makakausap na siyang matino.

They are in the living room and watching a movie.

"I'm here." LJ announced when she arrived.

Nagulat siya nang makita niyang hindi lang si Prey ang nadatnan niya.
There's a guy sitting next to DP in the couch in the living room.

(LJ's POV)
"What is going on here?"
"Who is that guy?"
"I saw him at the wedding too."

Nakaramdam si LJ ng galit.

"Hey, wife I'm here!" He shouted.

They stare to LJ.

Jeffer stood up.
"Hello, I'm Jeffer DP's friend." Jeffer being friendly.
Hindi siya pinansin ni LJ and his eyes are intense.

"So, your home." DP with boring tone voice.

Nakapamewang si LJ and can't managed to look Prey in her eyes.
Ayaw niyang makita ang disappointed na mga mata ni Prey.

"DP maybe I should go." Jeffer said.
Umiwas na lang si Jeffer sa gulo dahil naramdaman na niya na may hindi magandang mangyayari.

"Okay." DP said.

Inihatid ni DP si Jeffer sa labas.
When she came inside nakita niya si LJ sitting on the couch.

"Who is that guy?" He question.
"Are you deaf? He said he is my friend."
"I don't want a stranger in my house."
"He is not a stranger he is my friend."
DP annoyed. Iniwanan ni DP si LJ sa living room.
"Where do you think you're going?"
Sinundan ni LJ si DP.
DP stop walking."I want to be alone."
Then continue to walk away at pumasok ito sa kwarto.

"Great." LJ annoyed.
Pumunta siya sa kitchen para maghanap ng makakain niya.
"There's no food here?!"
He checked the fridge and there's a raw meat,chicken and uncooked veggies.
"I'm so hungry. Hindi man lang siya nagluto." He complains.
Maya-maya pa tumunog ang doorbell.
Pinuntahan niya at binuksan ang pinto. There's a delivery guy outside.
"Sir, here is your order pizza and fried chicken with a large soda." The delivery guy said.

I'm not the one who order these. He thought.

"Okay." Tinanggap na lang ni LJ ang iniabot ng delivery guy na pagkain.
Napagtanto niya na baka yun ang inorder nila DP at kasama nitong lalaki kanina at ngayon lang dumating.

"Here's the receipt sir."

LJ paid the food.

"Thank you sir." The delivery guy left.

"Hindi pa kaya siya kumakain?" Iniisip ni LJ si Prey.

Inilapag ni LJ ang pagkain sa center table at pagkatapos tinungo niya ang kwarto nila ni DP.

He knock the door.
"Your food is here at alam ko hindi ka pa kumakain." Pinihit ni LJ ang doorknob pero nakalocked ito.

He know that Prey is upset sa inasal niya kanina. He acts like a jerk.

"Prey?!" He continue to knock.

Prey open the door.
"What do you want?" There's anger in her voice.
"Your pizza and fried chicken is here do you want to eat?"
"Siguro kanina nung nandito pa si Jeffer but now with you? Nevermind."
"Fine you act like a bitch I'll act like a jerk!" He was frustrated.
"What? Bitch? Did you call me that word!"
"That's who you are right?! The B word!" Asar na sabi ni LJ.
Lumabas si DP ng kwarto at dumiretso sa living room kung saan nakita niya ang pizza at fried chicken na nakalapag sa center table at kinuha niya ang mga pagkain.
"Saan mo yan dadalhin? Nagugutom rin ako." LJ said.
Pumasok ulit si DP sa kwarto bitbit ang pagkain.
"Ako ang nag-order nito natural na dapat ako ang kakain nito."
"But I paid that." LJ said.
Kinuha ni DP ang bag niya to fetch some cash.
"Here! Is that enough?" She give the money to LJ.
Biglang tumunog ang tiyan ni LJ.
"Nagugutom ka na ba?" DP smile.
She is obviously faking her smile.
LJ nod.
"Kung nagugutom ka pwede ka naman umorder ng pagkain mo." Pang-aasar ni DP then she slammed the door.

Walang nagawa si LJ kundi hayaan na lang si DP.
He open the fridge again and simply grabbed an apple.
"Mabubusog kaya ako nito?" He sigh and munch the apple.
