My opinion, you don't HAVE to tip when you go out to eat. It's a kind gesture and it's a nice thing to do. Believing that your customer has to tip is self centered. Bc just like they don't know what you're going through, you don't know what they're going through.
And I hate that fucking saying, if you can't afford to tip don't eat out. Like TF? I can eat where I want and not tip.
