Jax pulled up in front of the house 2 doors down from his moms and saw the open house sign out front. Parking his bike, he walked towards the house. The realtor met him at the door.

"Hey Jax." Said the realtor.

"Hey Kennedy" said Jax.

"I didn't know you were the market for a new house." Said Kennedy.

"Yea, I am. There was a fire at the old house. It was a total lose. Plus my fiancé and I have triplets in the way and I have full custody of Abel" said Jax.

"Oh wow. You have been busy. Sorry to hear about the house though. That was a beautiful place." Said Kennedy.

"It sure was. Tinsley, that's my fiancé, loved it." Said Jax.

He had hope that if he kept referring to her as his fiancé that she would still be.

"Well go on in and check the place out although I'm sure you know what it looks like. Wasn't this Payton Hughs' old place?" Asked Kennedy.

"Yea it was. He was year behind me in school though but we did play a lot together as kids. Then we got older, his parents didn't like the fact that I was going to be part of SAMCRO so they wouldn't let us hang out." Said Jax.

"That's what I thought." Said Kennedy.

Jax walked into the house and roamed room to room. The living area was open to the kitchen. A lot of remodeling had been done since he was in this house last. The fireplace in the living room looked like it was made out of slate. He moved into the kitchen and noticed the big island. All the counter were a light gray granite which blended well with the white of the cabinets and walls he liked the white because it would be easy to paint over and make their own.

He moved on to the dining area. It had a built in buffet and hutch. He could already see them having family dinners here.

Moving further though the house, there was a home office. Perfect for Tinsley if she ever got her bankers business up and running. She would need somewhere to do her accounting.

Going to the second floor, he found 4 of the 5 bedrooms and 2 of the 4 bathrooms. All were good size and all were painted white. The bathrooms all had shower/tub combos and pedestal sinks, tile floors, and of course a toilet.

Moving on to the attic that had been converted. He found the master suite. It was beautiful. The whole house had hard wood throughout but attic had carpet. It would make a good noise barrier with the kids bedrooms below them. The bathroom had a huge free standing tub, and walk in shower with three shower heads with a gray tone tile surround. The counter for the his and her sink was the same as in the kitchen downstairs. Jax knee Tinsley would absolutely love this house. He went back down stairs and found the basement that contained the laundry room, a game room, and a full bath. It was big enough that if they needed to, they could build a bedroom down in the basement for guests.

When Jax came back to the living area, Kennedy was just wrapping up with a customer so he walked on onto the patio and found an in-ground pool complete with a small kitchen area.

He walked back inside and saw that Kennedy was still talking  to the clients. He could tell by the way they were talking that the customer loved the house. Jax knee he had to do whatever he could to get this house.

"Hey Jax. What did you think?" Asked Kennedy.

"I love it and so will Tinsley." Said Jax.

"That's great! Did you want to put in an offer?" Asked Kennedy.

"I do. I'm not gonna lie Kennedy. I need this house." Said Jax.

"Well there is only one other bid. I can't tell you what it is but it's well below asking" said Kennedy.
