Tinsley and Jax were sitting on the bed watching tv when the doctors finally came back. When Jax realized who was coming in, he bombarded them with questions.
"Can I go home for the love of god?" Asked Jax.
"Good to see you too Mr. Teller" said Dr. Grissom, the cardiologist who had been handling Jax's treatment.
"Yeah, yeah. Answer the question" said Jax.
"Jax, don't be rude" said Tinsley.
Jax looked at Tinsley and evidently the death stare she was giving him was enough to make him realize he needed to calm down and hear the doctors out.
"Sorry. I'm just ready to get out of here" said Jax to Dr. Grissom.
"I understand that. And we're ready to get you out of here." Said Dr. Grissom.
"Do you have his results doc?" Asked Tinsley.
"I do. According to all the tests we have been able to preform, it looks like the heart issue was brought on by the anesthesia. According to Mr. Teller's blood work, he metabolizes pain medication at a different rate than most. Usually that's brought on because of a low body fat to muscle ratio. That being said, Dr. Keller and myself are fine with you going home although we're going to want to follow up with you in about six weeks to do a repeat EKG just to make sure nothing changes." Said Dr. Grissom.
"That's good news" said Tinsley.
"So I'm going home right?" Asked Jax.
Tinsley cut her eyes at him again. She understood he was ready to go but Jesus Christ, his impatience was being to work her nerves.
"Yes, Mr. Teller. We feel safe letting you go home. That being said, you will have some dietary restrictions. Until we do a repeat EKG in six weeks, I'm going to need you to limit the amount of red meat and processed foods that you eat. I'm recommending that you eat mainly chicken or seafood, and as much fresh fruit and vegetables as possible. As far as the ankle, remember, no weight can be put on it and it can not be submerged in water until the stitches come out. You will need to wash it with a damp cloth 3 times a day but do not add any type of antibiotic ointment. The body needs to heal in its own time. It looks like Dr. Keller has your appointment to have the stitches removed for 3 weeks from now as long as the skin healed nicely. " said Dr. Grissom.
"Done" said Jax.
"Do you have any questions?" Asked Dr. Grissom.
"None." Said Jax.
"Actually, I do." Said Tinsley.
"Sure Mrs. Teller." Said Dr. Grissom.
"This is a very personal question and please done think we're sex fiends but will Jax be ok to have sex?" Asked Tinsley, blushing from ear to ear.
"I'm not here to judge anyone. I don't see why you two shouldn't be able to have intercourse as long as the leg doesn't impede him in any way" said Dr. Grissom.
"Ok. Thank you" said Tinsley.
"If that's all, I'll go start your discharge papers" said Dr. Grissom.
"Thanks doc" said Jax.
"Yes, thank you so very much for taking such good care of my guy" said Tinsley.
"It's been a pleasure. Now let's get you two home" said Dr. Grissom before walking out of the room.

Immediately after the doctor left the room, Tinsley began working on packing up the few belongings that she had Jax had at the hospital. After packing everything into the small overnight bag she had brought, she helped Jax slip into a pair of black swimming trunks and slipped on a flip flop on his good foot. She then helped him into a white SAMCRO T-shirt and then helped him into his kutte.
