Chapter 16

~Joey's POV~

I yawned loudly as I opened my eyes slowly. My mouth was dry so I opened and closed my mouth trying to get it wetter.

"Do you have to be so loud puppy?" It was then did I notice I was still on Seto's bare chest. When I looked up he was also looking down at me, with his arms wrapped around my body.

"Hey," I shot up, lifting my upper body up with my hands and smiling at Seto below me "I woke up first this time." Seto chuckled a little.

He usually wakes up before me and gets ready then comes to wake me up but this time was different.

"Then you wouldn't mind preparing the bath?" He smirks at me and I huffed. I grumbled the entire time I was getting up from the bed.

"Oh stop complaining." On my way to the bathroom Seto reached over the bed to slap my ass. Earning him a hard glare from me.

I went into the bathroom connecting to his room and started the water. I know he likes a more musky scent so I try to make his bath smell as so.

He likes when the room is bright with the sheer curtains hanging against the wall pulled back from the window. It's annoying how much light is in the room right now, I don't know how Seto stands it.

The years I've been with Yugi were always in the shadows or that whole in the wall we called a home which barely received any light. Thinking back to it I'm glad we were caught, ya I sometimes miss just being with Yugi but I would have never expected our lives to turn out like it, falling in love and all.

I felt arms snake around my waist and I look up over my shoulder seeing Seto behind me, still without his robe on so his broad chest was on full display.

"What are you thinking about puppy?" He slowly started to slip my clothing off and his undergarments as well, probably going to get in the tub.

"I was thinking about my life before coming here." I admitted. Seto has stepped into the tub and pulled me along with him. The water wasn't too hot and when we sat down I took no time in leaning against him.

"You never really told me how you got here, do you mind?" I knew what he meant.

"Well, before it was just me and Yugi, we lived together for so many years I've forgotten how much. In order to survive we stole from carts in the market, we were pretty good at it but we stole from this one guy too much and when we woke up one morning the palace guards had found us, bringing us to the pharaoh. He sent everyone but me and Yugi to the pyramids."

My heart somewhat started to ache as I remembered those times, when we had to struggle every night and day. When we didn't know what day was going to be our last.

Seto noticed how tense and zoned out I was so he tightened his hold on me and kissed up my neck, making me shiver. We said nothing as we sat in comfortable silence as I leaned back against him.

"I guess I have to thank Atem for not sending you off." The silence was broken when my lover spoke up.

I chuckled at his words "haha, I guess."

"Now come on, if we stay any longer we'll be late to breakfast." He stood up and his lower region came right in front of my face. His torso running down to his v-line was shining with water and his hard dick was standing proud right in alignment with my face.

"Uh.." I couldn't say anything as I just stared. Thoughts coming to my mind but I tried to push them away.

He noticed my expression and smirked "maybe later." He then winked as he got out of the tub, grabbing a towel on his way out.
