I settled for a simple top and skinny jeans. I tied my hair in a ponytail and wear a snickers. I was amazed how Clyde managed to get my perfect fittings in everything that he provided. Kakaiba nga naman siya. Mas lalo tuloy nagugustuhan ko siya ng bonga.

I saw him waiting in front of his MG E-motion EV sports car. Lumawak ang ngiti ko. Would he really trust me driving this baby? Oh my gosh! Sigaw ng isip ko. He then click something and the door open.

"Get in," kalmadong tugon niya.

Now I'm in the driver seat at siya ang pasahero ko. This is exciting! Isip ko. When I started the ignition I smile at him and winked. He never smile but the heck, I'm excited!

"Ready?"

"I trust my life with you, Serenity." He then put his seatbelt without giving me a glance.

Trust me, the whole journey was quiet. Not until I tried to touch something on the screen for a music.

"Don't touch anything and keep your eyes on the road, Serenity," he casually speak.

Tumaas ang kilay ko. "Ano ka ba? I'm a good driver. Chil,l Clyde," kindat ko sa kanya.

He snorted and shook his head. I can even see his Adams apple moving, and I know he's swallowing to hard. Takot siya ngayon dahil ako ang nagmamaneho sa sasakyan na ito.

"Do you want to me race this baby?" I stepped hard on the accelerator.

"Fuck! Damn it!" mura niya at tinitigan niya agad ako.

"Serenity slow down! Magpapakamatay ka ba!?" sa tigas na boses niya.

Mas diniinan ko pa at lalong bumilis ito. Until it reached the above speed limit. Mas napahawak na ako ng husto sa steering wheel ko at ramdam ko ang lakas ng sasakyan niya.

"Fuck! Serenity!" sigaw niya at natawa na ako sa kanya.

Then I started to slow down. Mahirap na, galit na ang leon.

"What the hell are you thinking?" sigaw niya.

"I'm just giving this a test. Tinitingnan ko lang kung hanggang saan ang kaya?" I bit my lower lip.

"Damn it! Who taught you to race like that?"

Nilingon ko siya na pulang-pula na ang mukha sa inis.

"Si Papa." Ibinalik ko rin ang tingin sa daan.

"What?"

"He taught me to race when he was alive. Makakatulong daw 'to sa mapapangasawa ko," sa mahinang tawa ko. "And now, to think tama nga naman siya," pagpapatuloy kong tawa.

"Fuck! Seriously," he silently utter.

"Clyde, baby you are safe with me," kindat ko sa kanya.

Hindi na siya umimik at seryosong nakatuon ang mga mata sa kalsada. Mabilis kaming nakarating. It's a small cosy café shop. I stop the car and parked it beside the shop. He then unlocked his seatbelt.

"Just stay here," Sa tangal niya sa seatbelt at nilingon ko na.

"Why? I want to get inside too and have some coffee," palusot ko. Gusto ko rin namang pumasok sa loob.

"No!" matigas na tugon niya at lumabas na siya sa sasakyan. Naiinis akong pinagmamasdan siya ngayon. Pero papatalo ba ako? I will tame him ng 'di ba? So I decided to get inside too. Magkakape rin ako!
