    Fun Facts:
    - This Kaito module, Thoughts Of Spring Miku, and Water Lily "Rei" all have the same first name. However, their last names are different. And they are different genders.
    - Rei is the police chief at the Negi Root Police Department.
    - Rei is younger than his twin brother Jurou by 4 minutes.
    - He has a pretty good friendship with other police officers, like the Rossi brothers and Senbu.
    - The Senbonzakura Cafe is a family business. It's owned by Kochou and Senbu's parents. It was their dream to have a cafe for the Asian population in Negi Root. Their dream came true when the twins were kids. It's because of this cafe that the Senbonzakura modules met the way they did.
