I had one of my vasovagal attacks today. I am not sick. It is something I just live with. These attacks are just when my body is in a situation and it decides that I shouldn't be in that situation and basically starts to shut down my body. When I have these attacks it's usually triggered by anything that has to do with blood, doesn't even have to be a picture of blood. It could be about someone talking about blood. When I get these attacks I sweat a lot, I get pale, my eyes dilate, my ears ring, my vision gets way more blurry then it usually is, my heart beats faster and harder, and I can't walk. Thank god only this time I got really sweaty, along with my heart beating very fast. This attack was triggered by one of my Biology assignments that I just did, where the video linked to it was talking about leeches. That has to do with blood, and plus I have a fear of leeches. (Thanks Mr. Patton..). At least I am home now when these attacks happen. When these attacks happen at school, a lot of people freak out because they don't know what is happening to me.
