So, a new symptom my step mom has gotten is a fever. Also, I told her they better keep their mouths shut about this and my step mom was like "Well we are more worried about our health than you missing only one day of school." Sure, I would only miss only one school day next week, but I would be out for two whole weeks. That includes the week after Thanksgiving. I swear sometimes she doesn't ever think. It annoys me. Thanksgiving break is only five days.
Also, I can't remember if I have already said this but I'm going to say it again. My fucking step mom believes now that I could have possibly got covid from my boyfriend because a few days after he came over I got sick. And she swears I did not have a head cold now because those don't last for only three to four days. They can last only that long though. Also, this isn't really funny but at the same time it is. My dad stated a few weeks ago that he didn't believe in covid and now he is getting tested at 11:30 (tomorrow) and my step mom is getting tested at 11:40 (tomorrow). Both my step mom and dad are straight up ignoring science. They can do that, I guess. They are adults after all. All I know is that if I were in their shoes, I wouldn't be ignoring science like they are right now. They still don't believe in covid. They haven't gotten tested yet, (they will get tested tomorrow), but they have almost every mild symptom for covid. On average, (at the place they are getting tested at) gives you your results back in three to four days.
