Tova let out a groan as she once again was thrown across the snowy filed. Xego stared down at his pupil with a bored expression, "Come on little dragon, I know you can do better than that." He simply stated with a huff. Tova stood up slowly, her whole body was feeling numb and exhausted. Never before has she been through such a rigorous training before, sure Shikaku training was draining more so mentally than physically but even still he made sure her body and mind was alway equally strong. The only thing that Shikaku couldn't help with was her powers, Xego knew how to train her and what she needed. This was the first time Tova felt truly exhausted and just simply drained. "Can you give me a break, we've been going through this for a while." Tova huffed in exhaustion. Xego rolled his large eyes at his young trainee, "You've gotten lazy. Those humans have been going easy on you, if you want to be stronger than you must push your body like never before. You will be amaze how far our bodies can go, how long our endurance can substance when in battle. I know you're ready for this, other wise you wouldn't be seeing me here and now." Xego explained.

He watched carefully as the young woman was just totally spend, he can see her body shaking lightly and can barely stand on her own two feet. Xego let out his own sigh knowing he didn't want to push her anymore for the day, "Let's call it a day little one." He calmly said. Tova fell on her back with relief, "Thank you." She huffed. Xego let out a chuckle as he laid down circling his body around hers, taking up most of the training ground, "You did good little dragon. You've gotten stronger and faster, but your powers still need strengthening." He explained. Tova rolled on her back staring at her mentor, "What do you mean?" She asked curiously as she rested her head on her hands.

"Have you ever battled with any one that uses water jutsu?" Xego asked. Tova shook her head, "No." She answered. Xego nod his head already knowing, "How about someone with fire and earth?" He continue. Tova thought long and hard and shook her head, "No, not really." She answered slowly. "Not with my powers anyway. A lot of people don't know about them." Xego eyed her, "All the more reason to train your powers, you are weak to those elements. Your ice can be broken like a fragile crystal, this is why you are so exhausted. We are not training your body, or you mind. We are training your spirit, in no time at all you will be strong. Much stronger than ever, you just need to stop being afraid of your powers and start embracing it." Xego explained.

Tova thought about what he was saying to her, she looked at her hands knowing what the was saying was true. She stared at the sky, that didn't seem to change. It was always snowing it seem, it was cold. Much colder than what the average person was use to, but for Tova she just felt like she was home. Here with Xego, here in the elements. Tova loved the cold on her face, the chilled wind that blows around her. She opened her eyes staring at the dragon that's been so patience with her, she knew she had to start letting her powers be apart of her and to not run away. Xego smiled seeing that she was finally understanding what she need to do, "Are you ready to train little one?" He asked. Tova smiled back at him nodding her head, she stood up holding her fist, "I'm ready Sensei." Tova bowed to him. Xego rose in all his glory nodding his head, "Than let us work on fighting with water first. This is your Ying to your Yang, as we know ice is just a solid form of water. But water is still stronger, and can adapt to any situation." Xego explained as they walked to the ocean front.

Tova stared at the wise being, Xego looked down at her with his own smile. "Yes?" He asked. Tova shook her head, "Nothing." She shyly said. Xego stopped staring at her, "What do you need?" He asked. Tova sigh while playing with her hand, "I'm wondering, when i'm done with this training. Can we fly today?" She asked with excitement. Xego let out a mighty laugh, "Of course we can! That's a reward worth fighting for!" He roared. Tova smiled big while jumping like a child, "Oh right! Let's get this training on the road." She cheered. Xego chuckled while following behind her just as silently as the wind.
