Chapter 17
"Bakit nga pala Business Administration ang kinuha mong kurso?" tanong niya. Muli siyang uminom sa bottled water bago napabaling sa akin.
Tumikhim ako at ngumuso. I'm also dreaming to have my own business someday."
He nodded as he looked at me, amusingly. "Talaga? Maybe someday, I can teach you some things or some ways on handling it..."
You may teach me in time Rhianne, since it was your field." He then laughed again.
I just chuckled. But I'm pretty sure he has got all the concepts for his business. The ambiance of Sharis cafe is very cozy and elegant. Those different modern arts etched around the corner really looks luxurious and stunning at first sight.
He couldn't help but chuckled gruffly. "Uh-huh. I will expect that, Rhianne," ngiti niya bago kinuha ang maliit na shell sa tabi at binato sa malayo. "Kailan ang OJT mo?"
"Uh, next year pa. I think, by September," sagot ko.
He nodded and gave me a little smile. "It's just a blink of an eye. Saan mo balak mag-OJT?"
"Good," he whispered in a low husky voice.
My eyes darted on him. His nose is pointed that it's protruding too much aquiline. He's now watching the calm sea intently. Umiling ako't pinanood ang puting sapatos niyang may kakaunting buhangin.
Maybe, his opinion about it coincides mine.
Our conversation then went smoothly.
"After New Year, I think I'll have more time in my cafe. I was recommended to join SWAT teams.
I know SWAT he's talking about. It was all men wearing all black suit with their huge guns.
I was a bit anxious at that.
A corners of his lips perked up. "Samahan ng mga Walang Asawa," he chuckled.
What? Napangiwi agad ako sa sinabi niya. He bit his bottom lip as he continued his slight chuckling. I looked at him with one brows arched.
