Scene 49 – Kieran’s my brother’s son

Pilit ngumiti si Clara sa mga taong bumabati sa kanya pagkababa palang nila ng van, nandito na sila ngayon sa Baguio, ayaw niyang pumunta dito, ayaw na niya itong ituloy, gusto nalang niya ay malayo si Kieran sa Pilipinas, kay Ralphe pero pinaalala sa kanya ni Melanie na kailangan niya i-honor ang mga commitments niya dito sa Pilipinas ngayon.

Nangako si Melanie na tatawag ito sa embahada para magpadagdag ng security, dalawang Secret Service ay nakalaan para kay Kieran at hindi nila hahayaan na makalapit si Ralphe sa bata.

Hindi siya kampante pero ayun lang ang magagawa nila ngayon. Lalaban sila kung sakaling ituloy ni Ralphe, ayaw niya sana dahil natatakot siya para sa anak niya. Kunting tiis nalang siguro dahil kilala niya si Ralphe, ngayon galit ito dahil hindi niya sinabi ang katotohanan pero sa huli, mare-realize nito na ayaw niya ng anak, lulubayan na nito silang pamilya. Sana lang hindi malaman ni Kieran o kahit ng kambal.

Hindi nila maiintindihan.

Pumasok na sila sa loob ng summerhouse kung saan sila mananatili.  Karga karga niya si Tatum habang yung dalawa ay katabi niya naglalakad papunta sa kwarto na tinuro ni Jane sa kanila.

Pagkapasok sa loob ay hiniga niya si Tatum sa kama, si Maddox naman ay tumalon at tumabi sa kakambal, si Kieran ay umupo sa sofa at kumuha sa bag ng isang bar ng chocolate.

Nilapitan niya si Kieran at umupo katabi ito, hinarap niya si Kieran sa kanya, “Kieran.” Simula niya, “Do you remember what I told you before we left?”

Tumango si Kieran, “Don’t talk to that man.”

“Yes, don’t talk to him. If he goes near you, turn around okay? You and the twins, you can’t talk to him. Stay with your security detail.”

Tumango ulit si Kieran, “Don’t worry mommy, we won’t. He is a bad man and we don't want to be friends with someone who made you cry.”

She swallowed back the tears, ran her fingers through his hair and smiled at her son, “Thank you.” he smiled back at her, “Mommy needs to go work, you need to stay here and watch over the twins okay? Lucy will be here shortly.”

She hired a nanny for the twins while she worked. She just couldn’t leave them on their own devices. God knew what trouble they’d caused.

“And I promise, tomorrow, we’ll go sightseeing.”

Kieran kissed her goodbye. She went over the bed and kissed the twins on their head. She headed out. She talked with Mike, the head security. Mike knew the what to do. He was shown photos of Ralphe so he’d know.

Then she left with the whole production team to go to another location for their next scene. It was another summerhouse, the scene that would take place was Yui’s homecoming.

When they reached the house, everyone was preparing for the scene. The first scene was Yui hopping out of the car.
