Her words left him speechless, he was trying to figure out how to answer that question. It was a very dark moment in his life. With my grandfather gone with no one to bring him to order my father began to maltreat my mother and two years later he brought his mistress to an event and completely disgraced my mother accusing her of having an affair ten years before and passing her lover's child for his. He kicked my mother and myself out of the house and abandoned us hoping to install his mistress as his wife. My grandmother however refused luckily Gu Mingyu gave birth to a daughter so she didn't have any bargaining chip again. Her main aim was to marry into the family but grandmother would never let her. Because of my father's accusations I never answered the Ouyang name again. My father was together with Gu Mingyu for Fourteen years before he finally broke it off with her when he discovered that she and his cousin had been playing him all along.
