Christmas morning 50 years ago, Ouyang residence,

Five years old Ouyang Wenchang and his sisters were seated in front of the Christmas tree opening their Christmas presents. While their parents were seated on the couch watching.

The living room like the entire mansion was lavishly decorated for the season. Next to the fireplace was a huge Christmas tree with a mountain of presents under the tree most of which were for the couple's young children.

"Here Xinyi open this one it's from your mother and I" their father Ouyang Xiusheng said to his eldest daughter.

A few minutes later the doorbell rang, which was surprising since the family didn't receive visitors during the holidays.  this was the one day of the week he didn't receive guest.

The nature of his work schedule didn't give him much time to spend with his. The Christmas holiday was the one Holiday apart from the spring festival that he spent undisturbed with his family.

As soon as the doorbell rang He signaled Butler kim the family's korean butler to check who that was and send them away.

Minutes later Butler kim walked back into the room and headed over to where Ouyang Xiusheng sat next to his wife and whispered into his ears.

"A Sheng what's going on" Madam Ouyang asked noticing his conflicted expression. They had been married for her eight years so she was fammiler with his temperament. Whoever was at the door had him worried.

"Oh nothing my dear just someone from the office. I'll go see what it is" he replied faking a relaxed expression.

He didn't wish to draw his wives attention to the mess he had created even if it had happened before he had met her. it would still hurt her if she discovered this.

"oh alright. you can get going I'll keep the kids occupied"

"thanks love" he replied and walked out of the room with a smile that slipped away as soon as he had left the room.

"Where are they?" hs asked Butler kim who followed him close.

"I left the guests at the door"

"good I'll go see what they're here for" he said increasing his step until he was at the front door.

He delayed only for a second before pulling the door open and coming face to face with Yao Xia his ex girlfriend's younger and the source of his present worries and a eleven years old boy she claims to be his son.

"Brother Sheng finally you're out sorry to disturb you  but I didn't have any other choice.
My sister passed away at a hospital in germany a few days ago. This is your son Ouyang Guangli"

"What what's going on, How is this even possible"

"I have no idea but she left some documents and asked that  it be handed on her death" she said handing him a huge file.

"come in lets talk in my sturdy" he said after scheming through the documents.

Thirty minutes later he walked out of his sturdy with His new found son in tow and headed to the living room to introduce him to his family.

The present day, B city international airport.

"it's getting late we should get going" Yao Chiyue said

"alright alright,  you lead the way" By Mingyu replied patting her hands gently.

The picked up the pace and Yao Chiyue lead them to her car and drove them to their hotel. She had already booked them an executive suite.

She escorted them to their rooms, minutes later she left them to get settled in and returned to the office.

"This suite is really nice my darling. Chiyue really outdid herself this time" Gu Mingyu said   lying on the bed with a faceask on.

It had been a long flight back, she had to pamper her skin to bring it back to it usual state.

Even though she had been retired from the Entertainment industry for the last decade. Gu Mingyu still maintained her beauty regimen. Which was why her skin still looks glossy and fresh even though she was almost 50.

"Now you understand why I keep working with her. Yao Chiyue is quite meticulous and really hardworking.  Can't you see how successful she is even though she started from a humble position"

"alright alright my darling. I'll admit that you were right about her okay. I never doubted your decision, it's just that I don't trust anyone"

"we'll neither do I my love. Don't worry I didn't let her in on our main plan not until she's proven herself"

"Good and the the girl?"

"I already sent her the instructions"

"I am glad that after all these years our plans were finally coming around. we'll end this once and for all"
