Ironically, after all the revelations in my grandparents house, ito pa lang muli ang normal na mangyayari sa buhay ko. The school year has officially started.

I'm kind of nervous since i'm now studying at a new school. Hindi ko masabing natutuwa ako pero may parte naman sa akin ang excited pa 'rin pumasok. I have been MIA for the last two months that the only time I saw my friends was two days ago. On the orientation day.

Hiwalay ang schedule per strand at halos lahat ng mga pinakamatalik kong kaibigan ay STEM ang kinuhang track. I took ABM so I had no choice but to be with my friends from other social circles. The perks of being a social butterfly, you'll never be alone anywhere.

The orientation bored the hell out of me, to be honest. Good thing i'm with Jena, Cara's cousin. She's also my friend and my former classmate.

Madaldal siya kaya naman naaliw ako kahit papaano. Marami siyang kwento pero isa lang ang tumatak sa akin.

We were casually eating at 7/11 when she started telling me that interesting story.

"Red, hindi ako lasing ha! Baka kasi isipin mong lasing ako sa sasabihin ko pero anyway, i'm glad you broke up with Ice." Tatawa tawang sabi niya.

My forehead creased. "Huh? Bakit naman?"

"It's because that guy is fooling you! Promise, Red. Alam mo naman na hindi ko sasabihin ito sa'yo kung hindi totoo. I care for you so i'm telling you this." Ngayon ay seryosong aniya.

The seriousness in her made me gibe my full attention to what she's going to say.

"Hmm.. ano ba 'yung sasabihin mo?" I calmly asked but the insides of me is dying of curiousity.

"Si Cara.."

"What's with your cousin?" Kumunot ang noo ko nang mabanggit niya ang kaibigan ko.

"Kasi ganito, Red. Hindi ko alam kung paano uumpisahan." She leaned closer to me. "Alam mo naman na ex siya ni Ice di'ba?"

"Oo." I answered, now confused.

"Alam mo din ang ugali niya hindi ba? Medyo malandi talaga."

What? Why is she telling me these things? And why would she tell me something that bad? I mean, oo medyo may pagka mahilig nga sa lalaki ang kaibigan kong iyon pero tanggap ko naman. And besides, I don't have a problem with her being Ice's ex. Sinabi naman niyang bata pa sila noon e.

Tumango na lang ako dahil hindi ko alam ang isasagot.

"So ayun nga.. di'ba kaibigan niya si Iris?" She's pertaining to Ice's sister.

Tumango akong muli, naguguluhan pa 'rin.

"Madalas mag overnight si Cara sa bahay nila Ice, Red. Napapagalitan na nga siya ng Mama niya pero ginagawa niya pa 'rin." Naiiling na aniya.
