Setting: Ava's Apartment

3rd Person PoV

        Asch despised the feeling. He didn't like feeling his face flush every time they walked into the room, or the way words wouldn't come out when they smiled. Yes, it's true. Asch has fallen hard for (Y/n). And despite the fact that he hated feeling weak for them, he had no intention of picking himself back up.

        Leif was well aware of Asch's feelings for (Y/n), but he wasn't going to let his guard down so easily. Leif felt very similar, very strong feelings for the human as well. And even though he was Asch's guard, he could let him win this time.

        The only one who didn't seem to be aware of this ongoing competition, was (Y/n) themself, which made it all the more difficult for the two to win their heart.

        "I'm back, guys! Can someone help me carry the groceries on?" They called from the door. Asch and Leif glanced around each other before charging for the front door, shoving and effectively trying to knock each other down on the way there. In the end, to Asch's dismay, Leif ended up carrying the majority of the groceries in.

        "Thank you, Leif!" (Y/n) chirped. While they turned to face the refrigerator to put things away, the Daemos boys glared at each other.

        Later that day, (Y/n) was moving the couch as a favor for Ava. But of course, the couch was a little too heavy for their human body to handle alone. So Asch stepped in and assisted them.

        "Wow, Asch!" They beamed. "You're so strong, that's awesome!"

        Asch smirked, but Leif rolled his eyes. "Please. Any of us could do that."

        "That's even cooler!" (Y/n) smiled, excitedly. And Leif and Asch's hearts melted at the sight.

        Throughout the day, the two continued to fight, assisting (Y/n) with random tasks in hopes of winning them over.

        "You guys have been so great today, I really appreciate it!" They approached the Daemos and placed a quick kiss on each of their cheeks, before leaving to go into their bedroom.

        The boys stood their, shocked, both with a hand on their cheek. Then Leif smirked, staring at Asch. "Ha! I got mine first! Suck it, Asch!" And he ran away into the wall.

         Meanwhile, Asch was left fuming. This most definitely wouldn't end well. "LEIF!!!"
