It was something that you admitted to just after she asked you out. You were afraid that she didn't know enough about you and didn't realize what she was getting into, so you quickly explained to her your situation. She supported LGBT people without a doubt, especially seeing as she grew up with her two loving fathers. She let you know that it didn't bother her and that she loved you regardless.

"I still love you, no matter who you choose to be."

Because he has little to no boundaries, he walked in on you changing, so your binder was visible. He was a little insensitive when he asked about it but when he saw how anxious you looked he eased off. After you pushed him out and finished changing your clothes, you two sat down and had a long talk about the concept of being transgender. He was understandably a little confused and thrown off by it, but he remained calm and accepted you whole-heartedly.

"I'm a little lost, but... I'll still protect you, okay?"

He could tell from your body language that something was on your mind. And he calmly asked you to tell him about it. So you gave him a well-thought out answer. Because he's a good listener, he understood your situation and what you had gone through and emphasized. He accepts you, unquestioningly.

Similarly to Ava, you told Leif when he first confessed to you. It was a lot for him to take in, but he was, for the most part, unfazed. Sure, he had his share of questions, but he wasn't deterred from liking you. You were still the person he had fallen for, after all.
