It was starting to get dark so we set up 'camp' in a clearing that happened to be by a waterfall with a small lake. After we set up our beds I gathered wood to make a fire, Ava and James insisted on helping even though I said that they didn't need to. I stacked up the wood so it was in a triangular shape. "Wow, I really don't think I could make a fire as good as that," James said to me as he walked over and sat next to me, "yeah, well, I have had loads of practise, especially since about 90% of the time I'm nowhere near any form of housing or town," I replied. "That must be tough?" James said in a voice that sounded like he was asking me about it, "nah, I mean, most of the time it's actually pretty easy," I answered, "Well that is until......," my voice trailed off as I realised what I was about to say. "Until what?" James asked, "never mind," I stuttered. The conversation ended there as we realised that we couldn't light the fire without a flint, I told them that I may have one in my pockets but, just to be safe I told them that incase I couldn't find anything, they should probably start looking for a sharp rock that I could use. Once they were out of sight I checked to make sure that I wasn't being watched and I walked over to our pile of wood and used my fire powers to light it. They got back about ten minutes later. I had already started to cook the wild mushrooms that I had collected earlier that day, I had also managed to grab a few fish from the lake and cook them as well, you know, I never thought that my cooking was that good. Ava had two fish and three servings of wild mushrooms while James ended up eating three and a half fish and four servings of wild mushrooms. I ate one fish and one serving of wild mushrooms. Once we had all finished eating I Wrapped the rest of the mushrooms and fish up in some leaves and stored them in my pockets, ready for the morning. That night I had strange dreams, ones where I lost the scroll, Ones where James and Ava were taken by enemies, ones where ravagers swooped out of the sky, killing anyone who stood in their way. I woke up several times until I finally managed to go into a restless sleep.

The next day I woke up later than usual and I saw that Ava and James had already packed up their beds and gotten rid of any evidence that we were ever there, well, all evidence apart from my bed and the fire, which was still going from the night before. They had even used leaves to sweep away the footprints that lead away from the cave in which we had slept in the night before and created new ones to confuse anybody that may come our way. I was shocked that they even knew that we would have to do any of that. James turned around and looked at me, then he turned to Ava and said, "she's awake, so that means that you can stop overreacting about those things being able to follow us,", "but they might still come," Ava replied, and I have to admit, she looked like a crazy person as she continued to check everywhere for any signs of the ravagers.I just laughed. That had to be the stupidest and the funniest thing I had ever seen. James stepped away from her as she continued to scour the area for any signs of ravagers. "She's been like this all morning," james whispered to me "and it's starting to drive me nuts, especially since this is the only time that she has ever acted like this". "Well, you can't exactly blame her, I mean, I would probably act like this to if I had recently been attacked by a group of flying things that could quite easily kill me," I replied. James looked at me as if he was trying to imagine me overreacting like Ava was, he kind of looked like some sort of puzzled giraffe. Ava had continued to over react for another hour before we were finally able to convince her that we weren't going to be followed.

We had been waking for about 3 hours and were all talking and having a conversation about reasons we were going to Roch, of course, I couldn't tell them my whole reason.
