The next morning I woke James up at the crack of dawn. I told him to follow me quietly as Ava was still asleep. I led him outside and to the right of the cave, we then sat down in a patch of grass. "Ok," I started, "sit down like this," I said while crossing my legs and putting my hands together on my lap in a thumbs up position. "Close your eyes and try to reach out to the seven main elements, fire, water, earth, air, ice, lightning and black magic," I said in a calm voice as I walked around him in the way the teachers did at the temple.

I grabbed the coloured pebbles I had in my pocket, each one with a different symbol on it. I placed the pebbles in certain positions around James. "Breath in and out, try to empty your mind and focus only on the seven main elements," I continued "don't think about anything else apart from my voice and the seven main elements,", it continued like this for about an hour before Ava woke up. We packed up and left.

Over the course of the next few days we would stop at least four times a day so that James could reach out to the seven elements. We would always stop in an area that held elemental properties, for example, fire:we would reach out to the elements near a campfire, Water/ice: we would reach out to the elements near a lake or stream, Earth:we would reach out to the elements near a mountain or on a patch of dirt, Air/lightning:we would reach out to the elements on the top of a cliff. For the element of Magic we just had to make sure that we were in a dark place.
