The forbidden Scroll (preperations)

Ava and Lucinda came up to me at the end of breakfast and asked if I was ok, I said that I was fine and that we should probably continue our training, as my wing was only sprained and would heal within two-three days, because of the power that the scroll gave off. 

"WHAT," Ava exclaimed, "ARE YOU CRAZY, YOU WERE ALMOST KILLED, YET YOU WANT TO CONTINUE TRAINING,". 

"We have no choice Ava," I said back to her, "The three ravagers that we fought were only scouts,". Everyone went quiet, "if I'm correct, and I usually am, we have about six days before the Ravagers launch a full blown attack," I said with a sad, yet serious voice. 

Everyone in the room turned and looked at me, servants, maids, butlers, Ava, James, Lucinda, King Lewis and King Owin. "I would suggest that every defense possible is ready and armed, including soldiers and arrow launchers, and if you don't mind your highnesses, I would like the four of us to have our own look out area in case the Ravagers attack early" I said to King Owin, "of course, if that's what you need," he said with a nod. "Ava, James and Lucinda, you come with me, we have to get you fully ready for battle," I said, while turning to face them, "especially you, Ava, and you Lucinda, we have to make sure that you have full control over your abilities BEFORE the battle starts,". 

"Wait a second," said King Owin, "what abilities," King Lewis finished. "We can't show you just yet your highnesses, mainly because of the fact that for all we know, there could be spies listening in," I apologised, "Understandable," said King Owin, he did a slight bow.

After breakfast The four of us headed to an area that was more flood proof, and less conductible, we practised for half the day before heading out to find a good scouting area.
