It had started to get dark and we had already begun to cook the food we had collected earlier that day, James managed to get a few wild strawberries and some mushrooms, while lucinda managed to shock three pheasants out of the sky using her new found powers. I had managed to get some fish, again.
Ava finally showed up, she had a small bag on her back and a large box looking thing in her hand, she seemed to have trouble catching her breath. "What took you so long," Lucinda asked, "I was worried,", she threw a massive hug around Ava, The two of them looked at each other and smiled.
A little while later, we had all eaten and were sitting around a fire which James had lit, he had said that he wanted to give it a try so I let him do it because he needed practise.
"So," I began, "almost all of us have had some sort of experience with ravagers, correct, so our next phase is finding out ways to defeat them,". The three of them were dead silent as I gave them with information.
I continued to talk, " from my observations, it seems that the Ravagers have a weak spot on their back in between their wings, if you manage to hit that spot, it will temporarily paralyze them, long enough for you to stab them through the chest". I held My breath and waited for oone of them to say something, Ava was the one that spoke up.
Ava looked at me and said, "what if we can't get to that spot,". I thought for a moment before saying, " if you can't get to that spot, fight your hardest, try to get their neck, and hope that you survive,". The three of them looked at me as if to say your kidding, right.
"Look," I said, "I know it's not much to go off, but I don't have that much info about ravager's as it is, I've only had to actually fight them three times in the past, one when they attacked us on that plain, the other day near the forest and once a few days before I met you,".
The rest of the night we thought of methods to kill the ravagers that would be coming any day soon.
