VIAH's POV

Medyo nagtagal pa 'ko dito sa labas ng mall dahil hindi ko pa gaanong ma-absorb ang mga nangyari. Hindi ako makapaniwala.

But... I'm really happy.

Pinunas ko agad ang nangingilid kong mga luha.

Napuntahan na ba namin yun?

Although, by the looks of it, mukhang simple lang ang pamumuhay niya ngayon.

But I'm beyond grateful whoever they are or which family was it. I'll make sure to repay their kindness bigtime. For taking care of Zenice when I wasn't there for her in the past years.

After some time. I decided to get inside the mall.

Napatigil ako sa paglalakad nang madaanan ko yung spot kung saan nakita si Zenice nung babaeng kasama niya kanina.

Hindi ko maiwasang maging emotionall.

This is her favorite ice cream shop kung saan lagi niya 'kong dinadala noon. The shop where we always used to go. Na halos naging mas madalas pa 'ko dito noon kesa sakanya kahit siya ang unang nagdala sakin dito.

Dito ko rin siya mas nakilala.

Long and fun conversation... yung kaming dalawa lang.

Nang dahil sakanya natutunan kong maging simple lang sa maraming bagay.

Everytime I felt stressed, tired of everything, or even when there's some sort of celebration, I always go for a drink. With friends, or if not, just with Tobi.

But when she came into my life? I don't even know when and how did an ice cream taste so good, or when did just a simple conversation became so special and enjoyable moment, and how come that just by looking at her, it felt like I wanna gave up everything I have just to be with her.

"Viah!"

I came back to my senses when I heard Vico's voice. Halos patakbo siyang lumapit sakin.

"What the hell did happened?? Tobi told me that something's going on with you!" may galit ang tono niya pero mas ramdam ko ang pag-aalala sa boses niya.

I don't know why I hugged him.

"V-Viah..." he muttered.

Kumawala ako sa pagkakayakap sakanya then gave him a smile after.

"I'm okay Vico. I'm... totally fine." I said.

He deeply sighed with relief.

"A-Are you sure?" he asked.
