"What are you guys doing here?" She frowned and I was about to speak before Fred beat me to it.

"Oh just a friendly visit to the mall." He smiled at her and she smiled back.

Be the potato...I am the awkward potato...

"Hi Lily!"

Potato?...

I felt a nudge on my hip and snapped back to my senses. "Yeah?" I asked in confusion.

"Never mind." Wendy smiled as a girl came up behind her.

Who this?...

"Is this him?" The stranger girl asked Wendy, referring to Fred. Why yes off course...you could definetely just act like I don't exist, infact be my guest.

"Hi I'm Lily." I took my hand out to shake her but she just glanced at it, then turned back to Wendy.

"Ooh mom and dad are gonna love this, sweet innocent Wendy has a boyfriend with tattoos." She pouted at the end and Wendy's cheeks flamed.

"What's this about parents?" Fred asked nervously and unknown girl turned to Wendy with her eyes wide.

"Oh My God! You haven't told him yet! This is just too priceless!!!" She cackled and I shivered. I don't like the vibe this girl is giving off.

Or you just don't like that she's ignoring you...

Shut up subconscious.

"Well tonight my parents want you to come over for dinner." She smiled sardistically. He simply raised an eyebrow in return.

"And what business could I possibly have with your parents?" He scowled at her and she groaned.

"You're slow...I'm her sister." She nodded at Wendy who has been surprisingly quiet through out the conversation.

Fred slowly turned to Wendy and bent down to her level. "Babe is this true?" He asked and she nodded vaguely.

"Babe can I talk to you...privately?" He whispered, she nodded again and allowed him to lead her away.

Noooo don't leave me alone with her!!! I internally screamed. It wasnt something I was about to say out loud.

"What did you say your name was again?" She asked blowing a bubble with the gum in her mouth.

"Lily." I said desperately trying to hold unto any sanity I had left.

"I'm Willow by the way." She stated leaning on the wall behind her.

I didn't answer and just stared at her. She actually looked a little like Wendy but a totally badass version.

She had similar brown hair but hers were all the way down her back l, while Wendy's hair was simply shoulder-length. She also had on a lot of makeup and much skimpier clothes than Wendy.

"I'm going to guess you and that Fred boy are bestfriends." She pulled out a mirror from her purse and began examining her face.

"Yeah we are." I shifted awkwardly as the tone she used wasn't sitting quite well with me.

Suddenly she snapped her mirror shut and turned to me, kinda taking me off guard as I stared at her with wide eyes.

"I know what you wanna do...use that bestfriend card and try to steal my sisters boyfriend. She might not see through your act but I do..."

My mouth was closing and opening in shock, she has this whole thing figured out huh.

"...I've got my eyes on you so don't try to do anything stupid. I've taken care of your type before and I can do it again." She seethed taking a step back from me.

I finally regained my composure and put my guard back up.

"You can't do anything. Fred is my bestfriend and just because he might have a girlfriend doesn't mean I'm gonna go apeshit." I spat at her menacingly and she glared at me impossibly harder.

"I have other friends and I'm not the bat shit crazy loner you make me out to be in your head." I finished calming down considerably.

"Oh really? Then what were you doing at the mall with him...alone?" She asked and I clenched my fists beside me.

This girl is so overly obnoxious and thinks she knows it all.

"I don't see why I have to explain my actions to you." I explained taking out my file and working on my nails.

"You think you're a hot piece of cake don't ya?" She scoffed copying my actions.

I felt so annoyed by this girl, who did she think she was to assume stuff like that about me, what a bitch.

I filed harder on my nails feeling my annoyance intensify, soon it was the sound of us filing our nails mersilessly that filled the air.

"Are you guys okay?"

Hmm...I didn't even notice Wendy walk over here.

"Never better."

"Just peachy."

"Well okay...umm Lily?" I looked up at Fred who was frowning.

"Yeah?" I put my file into my back pocket, I could feel Willow's gaze on me.

"I'm sorry but we have to go home." He stated, his eyes pleading with me to let it go.

So I did just that.

"Sure. Bye Wendy." I smiled and placed a hand on her shoulder, she nodded and smiled back.

Willow put her arm over her shoulders using her long manicured nails to flick my hand away. "I guess we should get going don't you think?" She smiled sweetly at her sister.

Two-faced bítch...

"It was nice meeting you Fred." She said ruffling Wendy's hair, to which she paid no mind.

"You too."

We silently walked back to the car and when we were safely in, he started the car.

"So what about her parents?" I asked trying to stir us into a converstaion.

"I wish she told me earlier..." he mumbled and I nodded in agreement. I was also quite surprised when she said he was meeting them tonight.

"Her parent's are quite protective of her." He added as he took a turn into our streets.

"Will you tell me when you're leaving?" I asked him pleadingly and he nodded while smiling.

We pulled into my driveway and I got out, waved him goodbye and skipped into my house.
