And just like that, Hinata ran onto the court to practice twice as hard as usual to help time fly by faster.
After practice, when they all ate their food from coach Ukai's shop, Hinata went the opposite direction of his house after Tsukishima who had already left a few minutes ago to avoid them being seen together.
Kageyama was about to call for Hinata to walk together but it was too late, the ginger had already ran off.
Although he wasn't far...
I could probably catch up... Okay I'll go ask. I don't want to talk to Yama at the moment...
He ran after Hinata who had turned the corner and when he reached their, a happy and exasperated voice spoke.
"Tsukki I'm so tired!!!"
"Well maybe you shouldn't have ran around like an idiot during practice then!" was the grumpy reply.
That's four eyes!!!!
He peeked out to see that Hinata had stopped walking and flung himself against the blonde. And worse, Tsukishima wasn't moving at all instead he was resting his chin on Hinata's hair.

"Yeah but I was so excited for practice to finish! I wanted to watch another movie with you!" Hinata said and Tsukishima smirked.
"What? And cry like you did yesterday?"
Yesterday? You mean Hinata's mom's friend was four eyes? What???
"Hey! When Anna threw herself in front of Hans' sword for Elsa, how could I not cry?!"

"Dumbass, you already knew what was going to happen though!" Tsukishima chuckled and Hinata pouted but blushed at the blonde's happy face.
Boke is blushing... I thought he liked me? Well I guess I use to like him too but then I was with Yama...
"A real man cries when he's emotional!" Hinata said facing away and Tsukishima snorted.
"Man? You? Pfffft no! More like an elementary child!"
"Well we need to watch Frozen II today!"
"But I'm pretty sure you said Natsu and you watched that three times already..."
"So?"
"Whatever"
So their going to be together? But I thought that boke....
Great, just when I finally put distance between me and Yama because he still likes that four eyed bastard...
Kageyama stomped back home alone in a bad mood at Tsukishima and the next morning, he waited by the gym.
They had practice.
But just like the day before, Hinata did not come ridiculously early. Instead he made it half an hour early with Tsukishima close behind. The blonde still had a little bed hair as if he was forced to come early against his will and Hinata was bouncing like no tomorrow, happiness almost radiating from his body.
"Oi boke!" he called and Hinata's volleyball mode turned on and practice went as normal.
✨Time skip from Tuesday to Friday lunch time✨
(During the time skip, after school was the same. Hinata would go to Tsukishima's house after practice, watch movies, have a sleep over snuggling, and they would go to school together. Hinata's mom is now home.)
The week hadn't been easy for Kageyama. His argument with Yamaguchi left him upset and angry at everything for no reason and when his best friend who use to be a love interest was now no longer hanging around him, he felt alone.
The reason he and Yamaguchi had an argument in the first place was when Yamaguchi tried to confess to Kageyama.
The raven haired boy had declined because accepting didn't feel right as just before the confession, they had spotted Tsukishima and Hinata.
They were on one of their Sunday meet ups when Hinata had suddenly appeared at the end of a road but didn't see them. He had a playful angry look on his face as he was still looking down the street.
The surprise for them both was that it was Tsukishima who followed shortly after and he was grinning happily.
"Wow I've never seen Tsukki that happy..." Yamaguchi had muttered underneath his breath with a sad look that Kageyama didn't miss before shaking his head and looking towards raven head.
"As I was saying Yama" he cleared his nervous throat and Kageyama turned too look at the guy who made him feel happy. He was still slightly upset at the sad look Yamaguchi had when he looked at a happy Tsukishima.
Was I wrong and he still likes that four eyes?
"I... Do you... Umm..." he stammered awkwardly and Kageyama stayed silent.
Am I just a replacement...
"Would you want to be... My boyfriend?"
...hes just jealous because he saw the salt shaker with the boke...
That meet up ended early with their argument and for the rest of the week, Kageyama was convincing himself he had more fun with Hinata and spent every second he could with the ginger.
See? He's more happy around that pole than near me!
He thought bitterly as he took glances at Yamaguchi going "Tsukki" non stop.
By Friday, during school except lunch, Kageyama convinced himself he was happier with Hinata and was always with the ginger as Yamaguchi stuck to Tsukishima like glue.
But the whole time, both boys had one thought.
I miss him...
And Friday lunch time, Kageyama had enough.
I'm probably just upset I'm not dating anyone. Hinata liked me right? At this point, anything to get my mind off him will do...
*BAM*
Kageyama wall slammed Hinata just before he could dissappear up the roof stairs to find Tsukishima and took a deep breath as he gazed onto Hinata's large eyes.
They were confused and beautiful and only two months ago, he couldn't help but drown in their beauty.
Wait, if I could do it then, I can do it now.
Tsukishima was surprised that Hinata wasn't there yet so he walked down the stairs to see where the ginger was.
He turned to the left but froze as he saw the two in front of him before jumping into hiding.
