My barefeet hit the cold tiles as I looked around for my boots. "Nik" I called out and Klaus appeared next to me covered in paint, "Yes Darling?" he asked me and I smirked, "My boots?" I asked, "In the bedroom under the bed." He told me and I nodded, "Thank you." I tell him and kiss his cheek before walking past him to the bedroom.

My boots clomped as I smiled at Klaus who was painting. "Cute snowflake." I said chuckling and he turned to me smirking. "Gotta meet my mom for lunch, and then I'll see you at the benefit." I say and wink before backing up and walking out. I walked out to my car and looked around, before getting in and starting it up. I passed the grill, and soon passed the 'Welcome to Mystic Falls' sign. I slid my sunglasses on and turned up the radio.

I pulled up to the lake house, and grabbed the box of Jeremy's stuff from the Gilbert's and walked up to the house. I raised my hand to knock and Jeremy opened the door. "Hey Jer." I breathed and he took the box from me, before hugging me making me chuckle.

"Thank you," he mumbled, "Hey." I say and pulled back, before cupping his cheek. "Jeremy, this is me. We've been best friends since 3rd grade, and if anyone is going to be here while you're.. Hunter intuition is.." I trailed off making a hand gesture, "It's me, and Bonnie." I say and threw Bonnie a wink over his shoulder. "Now, come on, I'll make you some tea." I tell him and walk past him.

While Jeremy and Bonnie were outside, my phone buzzed consistently. I looked down seeing Caroline calling me.

"Hey Care whats up?" I asked, "Your brother is out of his mind, Hayley found a witch for the body switching spell and he's volunteered to switch with Klaus and get caked with concrete." Caroline tells me and I raised an eyebrow, "He what!?" I yelled.

"What the hell happened last week? He was talking crazy about you and getting you away from him." She asked and I sighed, "He chose the hybrids over me Care. I refuse to be treated like a human pincushion. I'm not like you guys I don't heal very easily. One small slip and I loose my magic." I tried to explain and she sighed, "Please try to talk some sense into him." She asked, "I'll try." I tell her and hang up as a car pulls up. I quickly sent a text to my brother, 'Call me, you stupid asshat.'

Shane and Bonnie move around some furniture for the hypnosis they will perform on Jeremy, while I sipped my tea and instructed them. "Okay, listen, we are ready to get started, but before we can do that, we need her. In here." Shane says and I walk over watching as Jeremy watched Elena and Damon in the doorway.

"This is your house now, Jer." ELena starts, as Jeremy walks closer to the front door. "You have to invite me in." Jeremy stares at Elena but doesn't invite her in. "Go ahead, Jeremy. Invite her in." I tell him, but Jeremy continues to stare at Elena and hesitates for a moment longer. "You can come in." he says, Elena enters the house.
She stops in front of Jeremy and looks up at him. She gently touches his arm and walks past him, setting her bags on a counter. Jeremy looks down at his arm where she touched him and suddenly grabs the small wooden stake from his waistband and attempts to stake Elena, and pushed me back.
