Rose

I placed a hand on my head as I started to wake up. I leaned up and looked around before spotting Noah strabbed to a chair unconcious. I whispered a spell before tucking hair behind my ear listening.

Rose and Trevor are upstairs.

Rose: How's the girl?
Trevor: Still passed out.
Rose: You didn't touch her, did you?
Trevor: Give me some credit. So, you called him?
Rose: No, I called one of his contacts. You know how this works.
Trevor: Did you or did you not get the message to Elijah?
Rose: They say he got it.
Trevor: Wonderful and what?

Rose: So that's it Trevor. He either got it or he didn't. We just have to wait.
Trevor: Look, it's not too late. We can leave it here. We don't have to go through with this.
Rose: I'm sick of running!
Trevor: Yeah? Well, running keeps us from dying.
Rose: Elijah's old school. If he accepts our deal, we're free.

One of the boards squeak, and the female vampire yelled
Rose: You! There's nothing around here for miles. If you think you're getting out of this house, you're tragically wrong. Understand?
Elena then says, "Who's Elijah?"
Rose: He's your worst nightmare.

I stood up as she dragged Elena into the room. "Aaliyah!" she yelled and ran over hugging me making me sigh as we pull back. "Why are we here?" I asked, "You keep asking me these questions like I'm gonna answer them." He said chuckling, "Why won't you?" Elena asked, "That's another one." She told us, "You got me, okay? It's not like we can go anywhere. The least you can do is tell me what you want with us." Elena questioned her, "I personally want nothing; I'm just a delivery service."

"Delivery to who? Elijah?" I chimed in and she turned to me, "Two points to the eavesdropper." she said making me smirk and shrug, "Who is he? Is he a vampire?" Elena asked, "He's one of the vampires, the originals." She answered, "What do you mean the originals?" Elena asked "Again with the questions. Haven't the Salvatores been teaching you your vampire history? Or Noah?" She asked us as Noah groaned across the room. "Good morning sunshine." she snarked, "Rose?" he asked and I rushed over to Noah kneeling infront of him. "So you know Stefan and Damon?" Elena asked Rose. "I know of them. A hundred years back, a friend of mine tried to set me up with Stefan. She said he was one of the good ones. I'm more of a sucker for the bad boys though but I digress."

"Who are the originals?" Elena asked and Noah looked at me shaking his head making me nod. "Trevor and I have been running for 500 years. We're tired, we want it over. We're using you both to negotiate ourselves out of an old mess." Rose confessed. "But why us?" I asked standing up. "Because she's a Petrova Doppelgänger, and you're a witch from the Lunare bloodline. You're the keys to breaking the curse."

"The curse?" Elena asked and I then chimed in, "Wait, The sun and the moon curse?"
Rose chuckled, "Oh, you do know your history." Elena then asked, "What do you mean I'm the key? The moonstone is what breaks the curse." Rose just says, "No, the moonstone is what binds the curse. The sacrifice is what breaks it." Elena and I lookd at each other, "The sacrifice?"

"The blood of the doppelgänger. You're the doppelgänger. Which means, in order to break the curse you're the one who has to die, and your friend here is to perform the magic to make it happen."

Trevor arrives, as were still talking, "Tell me more." Elena said walking up, "Captivity has made her pushy, eh? What do you want to know doppelicious?" Trevor asked covering the windows. "Who were you running from?" Elena asked, "The originals." Trevor answered and I scoffed, "Yeah, she said that. What does that mean?"

"The first family, the old world. Rose and I pissed them off." Trevor answered, "Mm-hmm." ROse interjected and Trevor chuckled, "Correction, I pissed them off, Rose had my back and for over half a millennium, they wanted us dead." I walked up to Elena and asked Trevor, "What did you do?" Rose then turned to us, "He made the same mistake countless others did: he trusted Katerina Petrova." I chuckled and as Elena breathed, "Katherine."

"The one and only, the first Petrova Doppelgänger. Noah knows a little something about that to don't you?" Rose said and Noah scoffed, "Go to hell." Trevor then says. "I helped her escape her fate and now I've, sorry, we've been marked ever since." Rose just says, "Which is why we're not gonna make the same mistake again."

Trevor left the room and I walked over to Noah secretly undoing the rope keeping his hands to the chair. "He's here! This was a mistake." Trevor said rushing in, "No, I told you I would get us out of this. You have to trust me." Rose said and I turned undoing the rope quickly. "No! He wants me dead, Rose!" Trevor yelled and I got Noah out making him flash up and hug me making me smile.

Someone knocks on the door, and Elena calls out, "You're scared." Rose turns to her as if just realizing she was still there. "Stay here with her and don't make a sound."

Rose went into the front of the house and Noah turned to me. He tucked hair behind my ear and kissed my temple. Soon He follows her in. They arrive at the main room. Elena hears them. She's scared and turns her head to me, before looking back. Elijah looks at her. He's surprised and rushes over to her. He looks at her and smells her neck. "Human. It's impossible. Hello there."

Elijah turned to us and said, "Leave Noah." Noah nodded and took my hand flashing me out of the house. "Wait! Noah!" I yelled but he pulled me into the woods. "Damon and Stefan are on their way. I needed to get you out of there. " he told me as we walked towards the road seeing the baby blue chevy pull up. "Aaliyah." Stefan questioned and rushed over hugging me. He set me down and Damon hugged me next. "Are you okay? Wheres Elena?" they both asked at the same time making me chuckle. "Elena is in the house behind us, be careful." Noah answered for me before grabbing me and flashing me out of there.

I laid in my bed as my phone buzzed and I turned grabbing my phone.

'Finally made it home, love you Ali.'

'I love you too Elena.'

I locked my phone and got up, as I got out of bed and out of my room. I walked down the hall and knocked on the door. Tyler opened it and I hugged him tightly starting to cry. "Aaliyah?" he asked and I sighed not letting him go. "Sis whats wrong?" he asked and I pulled back. "I had a bad dream." I lied and he sighed pulling me inside.
