I walked in the Boarding House as I placed my bag by the door. "Honey, I'm home!" I called out and Elena walked over hugging me. She pulled back as a noise sounded. "What was that noise?" I asked, " Uh, well that is...We have a situation." She tells me and I rasied an eyebrow, "Of the doppelgänger variety." Damon tells me as him and Stefan walk over. "Yeah." Elena agreed. "" Katherine?" I asked, "No, nope, not Katherine." Damon says
We walk down into the cellar and I peers through the cell door window and see Amara screaming and trying to cut loose from her handcuffs. "So thats Amara?" I asked as she screams, " I don't know! I don't know."
" What's wrong with her?" I asked, "Tessa turned her into a block of rock, left her in a box for 2,000 years, probably went a little stir crazy like those deserted island guys who talk to volleyballs." Damon tells me, " I said I don't know!" Stefan then turned to us " So, you're telling me that this girl is the only thing holding together the other side?" Damon just says, '' Yep. She's the anchor."
" Leave me alone." Amara yells, " As long as she's alive, the other side exists, and we can keep trying to get Bonnie from over there." Damon tells us, as Amara then yells out "I said I don't know!" Stefan nods, "Well, considering she's immortal, I'd say we have plenty of opportunity." Damon then chimed in, "You'd think, except last night she stuck a hole in Silas' neck, sucked the cure right out of him, so now she's not only nuts, she's mortal, which means we have to keep her ordinary little human heart beating until we get Bonnie back."
" How would you plan to do that?" I asked "Silas made a pinky promise that he'd do a spell to bring her back. Unfortunately, he's taking his sweet time coming back to Mystic Falls." Dad explained and I nodded watching the girl, "Her names Amara" Elena said, I watched Amara bite herself on the wrists so she would bleed to death. Dad opens the door and stops her " Ah! Amara, stop." but she yells, "Ahhhh! No! No! Let me die. I want to die!"
" Let's hope love is blind or at least deaf." I said sighing, as I followed Elena back upstairs.
--
Stefan, Damon, Elena, and I are talking. "We need to buy some more time, protect Amara. Maybe we should move her somewhere else." I offer, "Silas is a witch. He's a living, breathing, GPS tracking device. He'll track her wherever we take her." Damon tells me. "We can't let him anywhere near her until he brings Bonnie back." Elena tells us. "Weren't you listening to anything? He's not gonna bring her back." Stefan snapped. "So, what, I should just give up? Come on, Stefan. You got your memory back. You know me probably better than anyone else. Do you really think that I'm gonna give up?" Elena asked. "You know what? You're right. I do know you. You put your hope in all the wrong places and sometimes in the wrong people. Silas needs to die and put us all out of our misery." Elena interjects, "So long as he's alive, I'm holding out hope that he can still help us." Stefan just gives her a stone cold look, "Well, as someone who just spent the last 3 months at the bottom of a quarry because of the guy, I wouldn't hold your breath, pun intended. Silas needs to die, and I need to be the one to kill him, end of story." Stefan then leaves the room.
-
I walked into Stefan's room and said, "Haven't you heard is bad luck to kill your doppelgänger?"Stefan turned to me " Yeah? Well, if I don't kill him, he wins." He turned to walk away but I kept going. " And what if he kills you first? Witches aren't exactly easy to take down. We just got you back, Stefan. Don't do anything crazy. You have been down the revenge road, and it's not worth it." I yelled after him, " You know, there were these moments in that safe, a stillness in time when I was dead right before I was about to come back to life, I would think about things in the past that made me happy, things that gave me hope. All these things kept me sane. They pushed me to hang on when all I wanted to do was give up and turn off my humanity, but eventually, the pain took those moments away from me, too." He stopped turned and yelled back at me, " I'm so sorry." I said softly, "Every time I close my eyes, I can see Silas stabbing me, I can feel myself drowning, and I need to make it stop. If I don't kill him, I'm gonna lose my mind, or I'm gonna turn off my humanity... Or both." he stated trying to keep calm.

I stayed with Jeremy in the living room while Tessa worked her magic. He suddenly started talking to himself, then I realized, hes talking to Bonnie. I gave him the space he'd need incase something went wrong. except as I tuned back in I could see Bonnie.
He lifts a hand to her face, and they are both stunned that they can touch. "I can feel you. I can feel you." Bonnie exclaimed, Elena and Caroline enter behind them. "Bonnie?" All three of us exclaimed, Bonnie turns to face them., "Please tell me this is real." She says as I bolt up from the couch and rush over, "You guys can see me?" SHe asked, "Bonnie, it worked. It worked!"
Elena, Caroline, and I all run to Bonnie and they group-hug. "You're here!" Elena and I yell, "Thank you." Bonnie mumbled, "Oh my god, oh my god! And we can be roommates, 'cause we have that extra bed, and we can clear out half the closet–" Caroline rambled on and in unison we all exclaim, "Caroline!" To which she just says, "I'm sorry, I just—I can't believe you're really here!" Bonnie just says, "I'm here. I'm back."

I walked back to the Lockwood Estate, as I held my phone to my ear, "Evening darling." I smirked as I said, "Niklaus." He just asks, "So have you taken me up on my offer yet?" he asks, making me giggle, "We can talk more about it."
