Isobel

I sketched the design into my sketchpad before typing notes on fabic and mesurments. I closed my computer as I spotted Caroline and Bonnie. I walked up as Caroline said, "It's not nothing. You know this whole float is supposed to be about friends creating something together and everyone is fighting. Matt and Tyler hate each other, you and Elena are on the outs and I don't like it! And I can't fix it if I don't know what's wrong." Bonnie eyed me before turning back to Care. "I can't talk about it, Caroline, I'm sorry." she said and turned walking off.

"For some reason shes avoiding me." I said shrugging, "But no need to worry Caroline because I have our problems solved and I need your help." I said showing her my designs. Her eyes lit up, "This is incredible!" she said and I smiled. "Can I?" she asked and I nodded handing her my mechanical pencil.

I smiled down at my phone as I answred it, "Hey you." I said smiling. "Hey, sorry I cant be there today." he said and I sighed. "Its okay your family comes first I completely understand." I said and noticed ELena walking in. "I gotta go though love you." I said and hung up quickly. "Lena." I said and stood up, as she hugged me. "Don't worry. You're wearing vervain, and I slipped a little surprise into the bag next to your seat." I said winking and she chuckled. "You're amazing Liyah." she said and we pulled back.

She sat down at a table and I walked across the isle and sat in a booth. One of the servers brought me a sandwich and fries as we waited on Elena's bio mom.

I watched as a brunet woman walked in and sat across from Elena. I raised an eyebrow assuming its Isobel. My phone beeped and I looked down

Damon: Whats going on?

I then typed back,

Me: She wants the invention. I can feel it.

I watched as Isobel grabs Elena's wrist and I stood up. I saw Stefan froze but I walked over. "Is there a problem here ladies?" I asked smirking. "Aaliyah Lockwood, take a seat." Isobel said and I took a seat. She jumped at me but I didn't flinch and she smirked, "I like you." I scoffed.

"I want the invention." SHe told us, "I don't have it." Elena answered, "I know that but Damon does and you're going get it for me." Isobel said and I laughed loudly. "You think he's just going to give it up? You're crazy" I snarked and Elena then added, "He's not going to give it to me." Isobel then blankly said, "Then the blood will be on your hands. It was nice meeting you Elena." She leaves, and Elena started to cry.

She gets up and I follow her line of vision to Bonnie who just turns and leaves. I scoffed and stood up before engulfing Elena into a hug.

While Elena is with Stefan. I snuck intp the boarding house. I walked up to Damon's room and looked around. If I was an invention where would I be? I closed my eyes and took a deep breath. I held my hand out and suddenly it was heavy. I opened my eyes seeing a round golden heavy object. Bingo.

I snuck out and back to my house. I walked inside and snuck up to my room, as mom and dad had a meeting in dads office. I closed my door as I grabbed my phone dialing Noah's number. "Yes?" he asked and I breathed hevily into the phone. "Aaliyah?" he asked. "I did something Noah. I have the key to this all." I told him, "I got it." Noah was silent as I heard wind and he said, "Hide it Ali. I'll be home soon, please stay safe." I nodded and sighed as we then said our goodbyes.

I walked over to a book on the shelf thats acrually a box. I placed it inside and placed my hand on it. 'Invisique.' I mumbled, and put it back on the shelf.

A knock came at my door and I jumped, as I walked over opening it. "Shouldn't you be at the school?" Mom asked, and I smiled. "Yeah I just came back to grab my computer." I told her, and followed her out the door.

I sat in the grill, at the bar, as I felt wind in my hair. I turned seeinf Damon who eye'd me. "Yes?" I asked chuckling, and he just asks, "Alright little witch where'd you put it." I raised an eyebrow playing dumb. "What are you talking about?" I asked smirking.

"Look, Bonnie is pressuring me, and Elena has a point." He told me and I bit my lip. "I know you think all this is worth it, but I don't." I told him and stood up. "That's why I knew you thought you'd find me here." I said and disapeared.

I gasped as I returned to my body. I think I just mastered Astral Projection. I looked around my room setting my eyes on Noah. "He'll be here in a minute." I said and Noah nodded standing up.

What seemed like five minutes, my door opened and Elena, Bonnie, and Damon were all inside. Noah stepped infront of me but Damon tried to hold him against the wall, but Noah flashed so he held Damon. "I have over 500 years on you." Noah snarked. "Ali please, she has Jeremy." Elena said and it felt like I was hit in the chest. "She took Jeremy and wont give him back without it. We have a plan, Bonnie is going to take the spell off and they wont know when we give it back." Elena explained and Noah looked at me. "It's your choice." I nodded and turned to my shelf.

I waved my hand infront of it and it appeared. I grabbed the box and opened it. I walked over and handed it to Elena, who took it carefully. She turned and handed it to Bonnie who opened Emily's spellbook.

Bonnie did her thing to it, and Noah flashed over to me. He securely wrapped an arm around me, as Bonnie turned to us calling out, "Done."

"Great, now what?" Damon asked, "Now we give it to Isobel." Elena told us. "Wait, what if it doesn't work the way we want it to?" I asked and the room was silent. "I can't loose everyone." I mumbled and Bonnie then reassures me, "It will." except something seemed off but I ignored it.
